I have different provider that can accommodate the services. Then when the do get me a person which I have not had for two weeks and in a half. Now I have a floaters they have to clock out at a certain time. So I cut of the token from my refrigerator so they can clocked out. The lady called yelling at me. I should leave it on the freezer. I said yes I can but floaters and providers can get in an get the token number and leave. I had problem in the past. So I keep it on me. Just because it's always getting into with out them taking care of me. So I told angel bright okay I placed it back on my freezer. She said oh no we had to reprogram it. I'm like what? She goes on yelling at me. I'm like tell the provider clocked out and pick up your token. Doctor office takes four hours. Specialist about the same time. There are times when the provider needs to leave because it's there time. I don't understand this company. Can't get no one to work. Can't get anyone to escort Even if you have escot service. Always getting the state to pay them and the client doesn't have a provider. It's just bad. How they don't have no complaint. More than half of the people ages over sixty and above. They were professional, caring, and experienced enough to help me fill in gaps with my father's day-to-day needs like groceries, hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments. We were close to a life or death situation and I needed their assistance immediately. They helped me be my father's best advocate for his care even when he didn't think it was needed. Now he's close to home and is doing very well. I honestly believe I would have lost him had they not helped me in the interim before moving him up to DFW. Thank you!!!

My husband passed away on March 17, 2024. Of course soon after I received a bereavement letter naming all the resources I could reach out to. Fine. Here is what IS NOT FINE: They continue to send me letters about once a month. At first I just threw them in the trash and thought perhaps someone had mistakenly sent me additional ones in error. After about 4 months I decided to call them and ask them to please, please stop sending them because it is painful to continue to get them because it just brings up the pain since we were married for 57 years! They assured me that they would stop. Guess what? They did not stop! So, I finally wrote them a letter strongly suggesting that they stop sending them. New year and guess what I got today??? Another letter! I called and this time I told them to lose my husband's name on their records or else the next letter I get I won't be calling them - my lawyer will be and I will be suing for harassment!
