All in all, I wished I booked a longer session with her because she helped me see things that no therapist would. Michelle, if you are reading this, thank you so much for helping me understand what I've done wrong and move forward. Although the name is "Root Chakra Healing Center," this place is an "All Chakra Healing Center"…read morewhich helps to heal you from the first on up. It is a very welcoming place for other healers and spiritually talented souls to come and gather to share their wisdom and practice their gifts. As both someone who enjoys receiving spiritual support as well as giving it here, I thoroughly appreciate this place and the people who fill it with lovingkind energy. Shannon picks out wonderful crystals and stones with great energy to sell, sells various handcrafted jewelry pieces, makes perfume elixirs like Empowerment for the third eye chakra and a unicorn perfume, and provides education on tarot and manifestation. Reiki, angel talisman healing, angel guidance, chakra healing, energetic alignment, and soul journey roadmapping are a few of the jewels to be found here. The soul journey roadmapping can be seen as someone on their spiritual path stopping in to ask for directions. This is primarily what readings do for people. You've heard all the jokes about people being too stubborn with pride about asking for directions and taking the long, winding route on a road trip and people being smart enough to simply stop to ask where they are. This is a spiritual stop to ask for directions! Welcome!

Her Reiki healing session was light and loving and ultimately transformative. I have returned to the Chakra Shanti several times to meet with Shannon and to attend weekly groups. I'm so glad I found this place, and so grateful to be able to return to it weekly. A truly open community.

When I first walked in, I…read moresaw a young teenager hanging out with a guy on the back listening to music, she introduced herself, I believe this must have been Debbie. She was to read my tarot. We went into a room and she closed the door, but I could still hear the music playing, which really was distracting the whole time. I tried to tell her why I was there, to get answers about this guy I was on love with and she told me not to tell her anything, that she was just going to get started. She pulled a bunch of cards and told me a lot of things I didn't come to hear, guesses about my past, she said she felt like I had good energy, felt like one day I'd get married. Asked me if the letter M meant anything to me, which it didn't. At the end, she finally must have noticed I didn't feel satisfied and said the guy I'm thinking of still cared, but I was really hoping my reading focused only on that. At the end, she said I should get a crystal necklace, telling me that the stone was for protection. When I asked what the stone was, she didn't know and had to look it up, giving me the feeling she was making it up as she went. It was not what I wanted, not what I was seeking, and She had to call her mom to run my card numbers over the phone, which made me uncomfortable. The music playing during the whole reading, some kind of rock music also doesn't help me put my mind at ease. I will have to seek my answers elsewhere.
