NuMedica, great line of products, however POOR customer service. Inexperienced staff answering the phones ( most likely High School students,to save money). My last 3 orders ,I had to wait on each order ,with back orders not filled. So I called NuMedica to find out where is my order. The young girl who answered the phone told me it is normal & usual to have orders that have back order products on the the orders. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she keep me on hold for 15 min. She told me a supervisor ( Haley) would call me back ,I am still waiting. I am a Chiropractor and I order products for PXs, they have to wait needlessly and It makes me look bad. If any one in charge at NuMedica reads this please get back with me.
