I immediately called the salon. because her cell phone recording said the call could not be completed due to technical difficulty.. ( her cell phone has not been resolved)The manager answered & I explained the situation. Lauren called me back & said she was on her way to NOLA. I have not been able to reach her or the salon since then. She also put pink highlights in which I did not request, but she said she would not charge me for it. Sometimes on their cell phone - just sitting there. The staff are great very friendly, and if you complain they do address problems immediately. But they can't control bad manners. There is a sauna but co-ed and doesn't work much of the time. There are lots of big events here so sometimes you can't find a place to park which is annoying. The treadmills are only 3 and don't work half the time. This place has so much potential it's sad to see the rogue customers controlling the gym. The showers are kind of like being at a campground but not quite as bad.
