I found the communication unfriendly, evasive and lacking professionalism. When I asked straightforward questions, I never received clear answers, which left me feeling that customer concerns were not taken seriously. The interior also feels dated and has changed very little over the years. The artwork on display may appeal to some visitors, but in my opinion it does not improve the overall atmosphere.
