I've booked my tour from Seville to Granada 3 months in advance to secure Alhambra entrance ticket and paid more than £300 for family of 3 to be told on the day that my booking doesn't have access to Al hambra and they blamed on the 'get your guide' app. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and inefficient. On arrival to Alhambra ticket office made it clear that it's totally naturanda fault and lack of efficiency and to be told that we don't have access to everything ! It was not only us, there was another family of 5 in the same situation. The response from the company was completely useless and dismissive. I'm definitely suing them for ruing my whole trip that I've planned way in advance. This is not a company it's a SCAM. Terrible avoid.

Even though the drive was long it passed by quickly as Carlos had much information to share with us about his country. He then handed us over to our tour guide for Alhambra. After our Alhambra tour Carlos recommended a restaurant to us and made sure we were seated prior to leaving us for a memorable meal. Afterwards we toured Granada on foot taking in the beautiful sights including statues, fountains and the cathedral. We even stopped by the bazaar for some impromptue gift shopping. We also stopped for coffee and dessert so he could have us sample some Pionono which was invented especially for the Papel visit. All in all it was a wonderful day and I would highly recommend this tour with Carlos on your next visit.
