Gotta say I'm not one of those dads to take their kid to a traditional barbershop but I'm so glad I did. I got a couple of recommendations from my friends about NU Look and they did not disappoint. Friendly as can be and my son loves his new hair cut (style) more than anything. PLUS as an added cool thing for me, SPORTS CENTER was on and I got to catch up on the highlights! 5 Stars all around!! read more

Well so sorry to have to put a bad review up here. After searching for soneone to cut my sons hair and seeing all the great reviews here I was excited. Sadly when I called this guy and said I wanted to book an appointment for my son, he asked who referred me, when I explained that no one referred me and I just saw the place driving by, he started acting strange on the phone. Then he said he didn't start working until 12 pm I said that was fine and in fact anytime after 1pm would be great. He said he would look at his schedule and call me back. Never heard a word from him since. He acted like he didnt want any new business at all. So no problem im sure there are plenty of people who do need business. And im really happy that it didn't work out with him because we eneded up finding a wonderful barber that day who took his time withy son and gave him a great cut and who was present, ready and happy to have a new customer. Those are the ppl we wanna roll with! I will post a positive review about our new barber for every one so keep an eye out. read more

NU Look Barbers - FoHawk W/ Clean Lineup...Ready for Gradutaion!!! - Barbers Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

The absolute BEST haircut I've had since moving to Rancho Cucamonga!!! I have lived in the Rancho Cucamonga area for the past 6 years and had given up on finding a decent barber after 2 years of searching and trying out different barber shops in the area. Last night I needed a to get a good "skin tight fade" for a formal event I was attending, and asked Siri for any barbershops in my area. Siri suggested NU Look Barbers - that was the BEST recommendation Siri ever gave me. I highly recommend "Chick" at NU Look Barbers to anyone looking for an EXCELLENT haircut with GREAT customer service!!!! read more

I've been looking for a Barber who can do a feminine short hair cut . They all say they can do it but in the last few years, I didn't like any of my cuts. This Barber got it right the 1st time. He's affordable and friendly. I'm referring him to my boyfriend since he is also having a hard time finding a barber he likes. read more

NU Look is amazing!!! My husband referred me to NU Look to take my son to get his haircut, but because of the drive I was unsure. I love coming into a place that is by appointment only and doesn't accept walk-ins!!! No one interrupting your service and the barber gets you in and out!!! So worth the 45 mile drive from Orange County for my son to get his haircut and my son loves his cuts!! read more

First time checking this place out, I checked yelp on every barber shop in the area. This place had the best reviews so I decided to try it out. I was not dissatisfied. I've never been to a shop that locks the door behind you and it's just you and your barber. It's an awesome experience having complete attention to getting you the best haircut. The owner is such as easy going guy and makes you feel welcomed. Definitely a professional and very enjoyable experience. I will come again. read more

Great barber, nice and friendly. Definitely recommend. Price was good as well.

A little late on my post, but seriously the best haircut I have ever gotten. Sadly I am moved to Orange County but I still think it will be worth the drive to get a fresh cut. Got it right before my trip to Costa Rica and I'll be heading back soon! Excellent customer service! read more

Called to set an appointment for a hair cut. When someone answered I stated that I wanted to make an appointment. The individual on the phone stated he was completely booked through the weekend. It's Wednesday how is someone booked through the weekend. Ok I guess. If you don't want new business or business in general I do not mind bringing my money else where...... I don't even think they deserve the one star. read more

In short, Chick, is not only the best barber I have ever encounter but he is also an amazingly kind human being. The following is a true story. A day before my third and last job interview I decided to go and get a haircut at my usual place in Rancho (NEXT TO THE TRAIN STATION), well, it seems my barber was more interested in talking to his buddies about what they will be having for lunch and his upcoming wedding than my haircut, after forty minutes, I looked like a I had gotten a haircut in a Tijuana barber shop at 5am with a drunk barber, yes that bad, I was as boxed as you can imagine. After making myself heard and paying for a horrible haircut , even do the barber insisted it was on the house, I Immediately searched for help on Yelp and I found NU Look Barbers, got in my car, raced there, to my surprise, it looked closed, I tried opening the door and then I see Chick, he comes out and informs me that he only cuts hair by appointment......at this point, I literally begged for an exception to which he at first said nope, sorry..... but after looking at my ass of haircut I assume he felt so bad for me that he agreed to cut my hair after he was done with a client. Once in the chair Chick is like an artist, takes his time and with all the confidence in the world he proceeded to cut my hair......and after 42 years, best haircut I ever gotten, no joke. Extreme attention to detail and precision, I got to tell you if you care about your haircut and looking sharp, no one, no one is better than Chick. Chick you got a customer for life not only for your skills but also because you were kind when you didn't have to. I will be seeing you soon, thank you. read more

Chick is such a great guy! Seriously only had my hair cut usually by one lady in my home town, but had to move to san bernardino for school. Super cuts was such a ten minute half-assed job, and I wanted to support a little business. All he did was look at me and he knew what kind of cut I sported. So talented and really awesome personality, WORTH every penny. GO to this place! read more

Walked into Nu look and received just that. Not only did I receive an amazing cut, but excellent service to follow. From the time I walked into the shop I knew that this was not your average shop. The environmental feel was immediately relaxing, and almost had a "make yourself at home" kind of vibe. Right away I was greeted by Chick, who treated me as if I was family and not just another client. Having been one to experience multiple different types of barber experiences, it was refreshing to be able to walk in the shop and immediately sit in the chair. I'm sure everyone who has ever had a cut has had the 30 minute to hour long wait times which I can assure are non existent here. Right away I can tell that Chick was very good at what he does because he took his time to analyze my head as if he was an architect building a house from the ground up. It is crazy to see the transformation of what I walked in there looking like with how I left out. Without question I would go back because I know the celebrity style treatment that I would be receiving would be something that is consistent as it has been apparent from other reviewers. I'm glad to have had such an experience. read more
