I went to Nu Image today for a facial with Minea, and it was AMAZING. Minea is so sweet and professional. I haven't had a facial in like 15 yrs because I sometimes have social anxiety in spa situations. No worries here. Minea explained everything step by step. She also recommended treatments based on my skin.The facial was relaxing and informative. Minea gave me a few samples of products tk try. I appreciate the samples bc my skin is sensitive, and this will let me give them a test run. I already made another appt in 2 weeks for laser hair removal and an injection consultation. What a cute salon/spa, with even better people working there. Super impressed with Karen! She made my hair so soft and beautiful with a foiliage, cut and keratin. I'm very picky about the tone of my blonde and she listened and delivered! I'm new to the area and drove past her salon a couple of times... decided on a whim to stop in, as my hair looked terrible and needed some love! I made an appt and a week later, she worked her magic. Jasmine did a fabulous job on my hair today. Absolutely delighted with my new foilayage color - it's a combination of bayalage and foils. I have great highlights and lowlights closer to my natural color. Jasmine is wonderful and fun to work with. I basically told her "You are the expert, do what you think will look best." And she did! My hair is naturally curly, but I straighten it at home with a flat iron. Jasmine gave me a blow out that looks awesome and feel like silk. Susan, owner and nurse practitioner, came highly recommended to me from a friend. I have since recommended other friends to her myself, even one that comes from out of town! She is very knowledgeable about the cosmetic products she uses. She takes time to talk to you about a treatment plan and explain how the variety of products work. She is honest and makes suggestions based on what you need rather than trying to upsell a large range of products that you may not. I have full trust in her and won't go to anyone else. With every new regimen there is often tweaking involved! . This med spa/salon is always clean. The building itself has its own charm from the brick floors to the serine water feature outside through the windows of the waiting area. I've been telling everyone I know about Jenny, the NP here- she is INCREDIBLE! I was so nervous getting Botox for the first time. I did so much research where I live (New Jersey) but I heard first hand such great things about Jenny from so many people that I flew there from NJ!!! She did my lips and my Botox, and it looks even better than I imagined! She made me feel completely at ease and walked me through each step. Everyone here at home keeps telling me how great I look, but no one can pinpoint it because it looks so natural- exactly the look I was going for. She listened to me and my concerns and gave me the exact look I wanted to achieve. She also is TOTALLY honest. They don't try to upsell you on things you don't need, which I personally love the honesty and not someone just trying to make a bigger sale. She really studied my face and told me how much she thought I needed to get the look I wanted and she did a fabulous job. The front desk staff was so nice as well! Susan NP did my laser hair removal today. It was my 6th treatment (I had the other 5 done out of town at another facility), and I have to say that i am amazed at how much better it can be! Excellent results--- I mean I am amazed at how much better my results are. I do not have any marks at all, and every hair is gone. I have been left burned literally with other practitioners...not bad burns or anything like that, but still very tender and sensitive (and unsightly). I do not have any of that today. She was extremely sweet and professional, and I highly recommend her. I bet she would be great at fillers and I will use her when I need a touch-up. read more

I can't find the perfect word to describe such a PERFECT place! I have had laser treatments here and the result is a smoothness that I have never experienced. I also recently had juvederm around my smile lines. I did not expect to leave the office feeling like I had a mini face lift! Susan is incredible and I can understand her passion for her work! I never imagined that I would look so much better with such a simple and quick procedure! Now, I wake up in the morning and don't look so dragged down by my crease lines! Susan also really makes such an effort to always insure that I am comfortable and happy. I have also seen a difference in my comlexion due to the suggestions and products that I can buy right at the spa. My make up looks better than ever and I am getting more compliments than ever before! The icing on the cake is that the girls that work here are super sweet and helpful.
