I am not happy at all , it seems I keep getting the run around regarding a tracking order , when I ask what is going on they keep telling me it's in Carrolyn Tx and have no expected date , but yet in my order from Home Depot I have two different dates , the first being between the 8th thru the 12th and the other the 14th which is December and todays date is December 12th, I look online at this companys reviews and they aren't looking good and seem I'm falling into this same uncaring service of delivering on my merchandise, I was told it shipped on December 6th , so I need to really know what the problem is , can someone tell me or help me get my problem resolved ? I am completely frustrated at this point! Home Depot (who we ordered a large order from) used NSD to ship our items. According to Home Depot (spoke to them yesterday) our outdoor furniture is supposed to be delivered today, which is the delivery date we were given when we ordered the furniture. Home Depot gave me the tracking number and phone number to NSD yesterday to schedule a time today for delivery. Both me and my husband work an hour from home but on Fridays my husband is home early afternoon and I took the afternoon off to be there when it is delivered. The furniture needs to be placed on our screen porch in the back of the home. That is the only "first dry area" to put it. I called NSD twice yesterday about our delivery for today. I was informed that our furniture is at the Pensacola facility which is 20 minutes from our home but NSD could not reach them by phone and would have to email them and ask them to call me to see if we could get an idea as to what time they would be in Milton. I have heard nothing!!!!!! I called NSD this morning and received the same response!! But on top of that as of this morning our furniture is still sitting at the Pensacola facility and delivery could possibly not take place until Monday when neither one of us will be home when it is delivered as I stated we both work an hour from home!!! I will be contacting Home Depot Cooperate and let them know the experience I have had so for with NSD!! read more

I ordered a machine from Norditrack fitness equipment and NSD was supposed to deliver and assembly, they sent an email and a text for me to confirm the delivery date which I did, the day they were supposed to arrive from 3 to 7 didn't show up but they called at 9:30 with all kind of excuses and rescheduled for the following day and told me they were going to call to give me 30/45 minutes before arrival which they did and within 20 minutes I got a phone call from them to tell me they were waiting, I obviously responded you said 30 minutes, but I will open in 2 minutes I was dropping my dogs to my neighbor and when I show up they were leaving, so I called them back and said I'm here why are you leaving, they didn't say anything and hung up but came back, when they got off their truck the started talking in Spanish saying you don't pay us to wait, I responded it's less than 30 minutes, this was supposed to be done yesterday just go and set it up, they started saying bad words in Spanish turned around and left driving like crazy people I called Norditrack to report them but they told me all the could do was put me on hold to transfer my phone call to NSD which I had no other choice than accept when they finally answer they I explained the issue, the lady just said let's just reschedule them to go back another day which I didn't agree after waiting 2 times already and much less wanted to have those guys in my house, so I asked to talk to the supervisor but she told me they had no supervisors in. They are terrible, unprofessional and disrespectful and I don't know how they can be in business with that terrible attitude. read more

I have read a ton of negative reviews about NSD after waiting 13 days for a Home Depot bathroom vanity with no estimated delivery schedule and a bunch of apologies from NSD chat service. With no schedule in sight, I can see the way my situation is going to pan out. NSD really needs to change the meaning of its name acronym to "Never Starts Delivery". I just don't understand how a business with so many customer complaints can continue to operate without making any changes. And isn't Home Depot concerned about their own reputation in dealing with a company like this? I suspect that when I eventually get delivery (maybe about a month from now) it will be damaged and then the drama will continue just like the others. So it looks like the only way to short-circuit this odyssey is to cancel the order and buy from someone else. I feel sorry for all the unsuspecting customers who end up in this spot. I am having difficulty getting them to deliver a treadmill to me that i ordered from Nordictrack.com. I called them in response to a phone message several weeks ago and provided delivery information per their request. Still i have no item. I called today and was told that someone would call me to schedule the delivery again between 2pm and 5pm. Well its 4:20pm and still no call. Atrocious customer service. Been trying to get a pickup for weeks now. Unfortunately, it is a return pickup from Home Depot, otherwise I would tell them to take a hike and find a company that wants my business. Finally got a pickup scheduled for Friday (3 days ago) from 8am to noon. No one showed up. I tried all communciations channels with them - phone, chat, e-mail. Barely can get a response. When I do, they promise to reach out to "The Terminal" - this is a rogue place that evidently can choose whether or not to deliver/pickup scheduled freight and who, seemingly, has no responsibility to communicate with their own customer service group. It is now Monday morning. Talked to a nice enough guy, but he can't reach "The Terminal". NSD has no control over their dispatch. The customer means nothing to them. It is perfectly ok to make you sit there for a "window" of time and not show up. To not even offer an explanation. Or tell you when it might strike their fancy to come out. We bought a furniture item fro Wayfair. We decided to return it, got Bill of Lading from Wayfair with NonstopDelivery listed as our carrier. I called them on Nov 21. I could only talk to the central office in VA. They contacted the local branch in San Diego and conveyed me that somebody will call me back. Nobody did. I called about 10 times, practically every day excluding Thanksgiving holidays and weekends. The story repeated: central office contacts the local branch, which either doesn't pick up the phone or promises to call back, but they don't call back. I complained to Wayfair, but they can't do anything and wouldn't reimburse my money until that furniture item is on the truck. Today (Dec 4th) I called NSD and asked to talk to a supervisor. I said I wanted to talk to "someone in charge who can make a difference and schedule the pick up". Ron told me that he will reach the local branch and will give me a call within 1 hour with the pick up time. It is already past due for that call back. NSD must be the worst company in the world. Never have I experienced such horrible delivery service . I placed my order may 30th 2018 in which it arrived in Sacramento ca June 11th I have called everyday trying to get my delivery finally I am scheduled for June 26th and guess what they never showed never called call after call I am given excuse after excuse let me start the list customer service has said , the terminal is not answering, the terminal is having internet trouble , they will call you in 15min just excuse after excuse I have also been told 7 times we will escalate this with an email. Then on or about the 28th I am told the terminal had no drivers and they were sending another trucking company to deliver . All the promises of escalated issue I have never received a call from them or even email responses. Fast forward to yesterday morning I call again and suddenly being told you are scheduled for delivery today I said really because I did not receive a call mind you I am a threshold delivery I said fine whatever I wait all day and again no show again . So today I call again very angry and have now been told they shut the terminal down and are in the process of retrieving all the packages and doing inventory of product over the weekend and I could possibly receive a call early next week! Are you kidding me I have called every day for 32 days now to get my husbands Father's Day gift delivered and I am given another line of bull! I do not understand this at all what makes it even more upsetting is the fact this has been sitting in Sacramento only 1 hour from my home all this time .. I just want my husbands gift !! read more

My review sounds like many of the other ones I've read here. This is the worst company ever, and I do not understand how they stay in business. I've been trying to get a dining table set delivered and have been given the runaround by both NSD and JCP. I have called many, many times, and I always get different stories about why they can't get information for me about my order--the dock won't answer, the system is down, there's a time zone difference, yata, yata, yata..........As others have intimated here, I'm quite sure that I'm being lied to. They will tell me that I've been scheduled for delivery, but then they can't give me a delivery window. Then it goes on to "you're not scheduled for delivery" even though I was told that I was. This scenario has happened more than once. Apparently, JCP doesn't care about losing business because they stay with this delivery company. Well, they're about to lose mine, and from this day forward I will be asking any company I buy from who the delivery company is, and if it's NSD, I will not buy from them. Terrible service! I placed an order with Home Depot, one of the item, a Bathroom Vanity was using Non-Stop Delivery for courier. The order was placed on Jun 5th, with an estimated delivery date of Jun 15th, but Non-Stop delivery had the item sitting in the last stop terminal for a few days. While I called every day to check on status, and the order was escalated by Home Depot as well as me, they were still sitting on it, while repeatedly telling me that it will be scheduled to deliver the next day whenever I calls. On Jun 22nd, when I called again I was told by a rep that they are very busy with lots of items to deliver, that they will contact me to schedule delivery. And likely it will be after Jul 4th! Understand that this item was ordered on Jun 5th, and we've been waiting on it for 3 weeks already. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was simply disconnected! read more

As many others have already posted, this is some of the worst service I have ever received. I was supposed to receive a patio set from Home Depot on May 23 between 12 and 4. It never arrived. I chatted with customer service on May 23 and they told me it would still be delivered on the 23rd, there was just a delay. When it still wasnt there on May 24, I called and left a message with customer service which was never returned. I called Home Depot who sat on hold with NSD for FOREVER just to have NSD tell them that they did not know why my package wasnt delivered or when it would be, but that I should call back on Friday. I did. On Friday, NSD told me through chat that they would call me later that day with a new delivery time. Knowing that this was likely untrue (funny that I ALWAYS chat with Dominique-- pretty sure she's robot!) I called Home Depot again. Home Depot sat on hold with NSD for over 40 minutes and told Home Depot that NSD that they would contact me in 24-28 hours with a new time. Guess what, its over 100 hours later and they still have not done so. I chatted NSD again today and am told that they are down for maintenance again-- seems to be the excuse every time I contact them. I'm in touch with Home Depot again, but I am not pleased with how either have handled this. Will not order from Home Depot online again until they choose a different delivery service. read more

Nonstop Delivery is the poorest excuse for a delivery company I have ever seen. I ordered a vanity top that was shipped on 4-20-2012 and it arrived at the terminal on 4-26-2012, est. delivery dat was 4-30-2012. It is now 5-1-2012 and still have not received the vanity top. It has been less than 30 miles from my home since the 26th of April. I called the company, TWICE, and each time was given a different answer. The last time I called I was told that "I MIGHT" get it by Friday May 4th or Monday May 7th. Delivery was supposed to be by April 30th. Called the manufacturer and complained to them, to no avail, they sent an email to NSD who is supposed to call me back by 5 PM with a scheduled delivery date and time, like that's going to happen. I called Home Depot and their response was a curteous "Sorry about that." I certainly hope she was happy when I closed my account on the spot. Lowe's will get the rest of my business from now on. I certainly will not do busniess, in the future, with any company that uses Nonstop Delivery as a carrier. read more

What a nightmare. Was to have received a five piece patio furniture set on 7/15 between 12 PM and 4 PM, according to their own tracker page. At 6:15 an unmarked white van pulled up and the driver got out and placed two boxes in the street. Upon seeing me he stated my delivery was not on his vehicle but it was supposed to have been. I waited for an update on their tracker the next day. None came. It was finally updated on 7/17 to show a delivery between 10 AM and 2 PM. Nobody ever showed. I placed a phone call to them and was placed on hold behind 11 other customers. I waited my turn only to be sent directly to a voice messaging system asking me to leave my tracking number and a contact number and they would get back to me. I have still not received a phone call from them. After numerous emails to them and Home Depot, I returned home on the 23rd of July to find two mutilated boxes sitting next to my garage door. They were apparently delivered sometime between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM. I really wish I could attach the pictures I just took of them. Busted open, smashed, and lots of rattling going on inside of the boxes. Issue still not resolved as I am awaiting disposition from Home Depot. read more

On 2 separate occasions I was forced to use Nonstop Delivery service. 1st time for a furniture delivery that was impossible to schedule because they never showed up at the proper time nor called ahead. 2nd time, I was leary and called several times to request I be allowed to pick up my own item from facility but it was not a public warehouse, my 60" television was cracked when I opened the box. The drivers did not call ahead as paid for, the paperwork was missing so I was asked to sign a blank sheet of paper, and the workers were late, showing up at 6pm instead of between 11-3. read more

I'd give negative stars if I could. My best advice would be to never order from Home Depot online unless you can pick up in store. Have always had good experiences with Depot until now. Ordered 19 cabinets from HD. Only received 14, 9 of which were damaged. Customer service at HD knew exactly what happened - asking immediately what the cabinets were wrapped in to confirm my shipment was tampered with. I had to re-order all new cabinets, minus a couple in okay condition and wait another 2-3 weeks with kitchen on hold. No kitchen for Thanksgiving. Will never place another order at HD for delivery and if I find any other company uses this service I will promptly cancel my order. read more

Ordered a washing machine thru Amazon/Home Care Oct. 1, delivery promised by Oct. 15. It's now Nov. 5th, no washing machine, no contact from NSD at all, except one call from a delivery driver saying he couldn't deliver (a week ago, nothing since) because only one lane was open on the highway(?). I guess delivery trucks take up more than one lane, I d'know. This is probably the single worst delivery service company in the business. I ordered a sectional in September of 2015, it arrived by NSD in October. One of the pieces was badly damaged during shipment and had to be returned. I ordered a new piece and it has been sitting at the last terminal stop since 12/17/2015 with an expected delivery day of 12/21/2015. Since I did not receive a call on the 21st I called NSD to check the status. The woman was nice and stated she left a message for the terminal to call me, later in the day I had not heard from the local terminal so I called and was told they were not sure when they could deliver but would call me back. I also emailed NSD to check the status and have not received a response. I have not heard back from the local terminal either. Customer service is awful. read more

What a nightmare! I ordered kitchen cabinetry from home depot.com that were not carried in store that they said had to come delivered to my home. The first one to arrive was a large 8' pantry. I was home that day and there was no knock, no ringing the doorbell, they just dropped it off in the gravel driveway. The best part was I live in washington state and we got a ton of snow the night before and my new cabinet was just sitting in snow! A couple more feet and they could have set in on my shoveld SNOW FREE walk way! To make it worse I do not own a handcart and I injured my shoulder and had stitches put in a couple days earlier, so I could not physicly do anything to bring it in out of the snow. My husband was also home but was sick, but with no other options he had to drag it in by himself, just to discover it was damaged. I was upset this was made into such a ordeal when it didnt have to be. I called non stop delivery to make sure this didnt happen with the rest of my orders. They notated my account took down my phone number and assured me this was not the way they do business and will not happen again. The next couple orders I check the tracking and they no longer show a delivery date. I call home depot.com and find out my delivery was refused due to damages and the shipment was sent back.I was not notifyed in any way, but they refuned me and I reordered. A couple weeks later the next pantry arrives...guess what SAME THING!!! No call, didnt ring the doorbell and its sitting under my tree getting dripped on from melting snow. Again I call the company to tell them to have the driver turn around and help me get it inside! I give them the info off the side of the box so they can pull up by account and the rep tells me she cant find my order! I give her 3-4 more numbers off the box and still nothing. She said this was not delivered by us, it must be from another company!! I said the label says non stopdelivery as well as a sharpie on the side of the box that says non stop and this was delivered the same way the last one was so it most certenly was from them. She says "oh it say non stop delivery on the box?" "Well if I cant pull up the order there is nothing I can do, you will have to call home depot and have them help you." I get off the phone and shortly after my contractor pulls in. I let him know what happened and he brings it in for me. Later that day I go to the store to see if there is anything they can do to get these to me in one piece without damages and having to deal with non stop delivery. Guess what!! in the cabinetry department if you order 5 or more cabinets together specail size or not the store CAN order them and have them shipped to store or home and NOT through non stop!! Had i had known this the first time I would have done that so I dont have huge cabinets laying on my living room floor while the room is being worked on and my contractor can just pick them up when we are ready for them. The moral of the story... check in store to order any large items before buying on .com to AVOID using non stop delivery at all cost!! read more

I don't think even to give a star but looks like yelp does not have a half star to give out. Well this company sent a non-profession delivery guys to deliver my bed I bought from US-Mattress. They damaged my wall that ripped off the metal strip and left saying someone will call me from their company for the claim. This incident happened on Jan 18th and till date they have not fixed it. The called me after 5 weeks and sent a contractor who seemed un-professional and forcing me to use their contractor. Why, oh why, can't you leave zero stars? These people contract delivery for Home Depot. We ordered a gun safe to be delivered, with prior notification so someone would be home to receive the delivery. Nope. Found a battered, smashed up shipping crate sitting out on the sidewalk in front of the house one random afternoon. We carefully removed the outer packaging, hoping it had received the brunt of the damage. Nope again, scratched, smashed and dented. I immediately called Home Depot to report the problem and arrange for the safe to be picked up and returned. Someone from NonStop Delivery would call me within three to five business days to arrange a four hour pick up window. That was twelve days ago. I call Home Depot again at noon, and they call NSD while I wait on hold. They will call me before 5:00 PM to arrange a pickup time. At 5:05, with no phone call, I call back and wait on hold while HD calls NSD back. Big surprise, everybody from the local office is gone for the day. But they promised they will call me tomorrow. I ordered a recliner and sofa for my husband who has end stage renal disease and congestive heart failure. was sent a text and phone call confirming delivery for Weds between 11-3 for the sofa and thurs for the recliner. They never showed up and when I got home from work at 11 pm on weds I sent a reply text asking for an update. my husband slept on a hardwood floor after having surgery and dialysis back to back. Needless to say he is filled with fluid and in so much pain. I got a response this morning saying they would look into and get right back to me. At 12:30 I sent a text asking for an ETA. no response. At 4:30 I asked where my furniture is they told me it was set for delivery on Sat. This is unacceptable and I told them such. I have no furniture in my living room and my husband cant climb the stairs to at least attempt to lay in a bed. This company has to be the worst delivery company ever! And I will make sure I tell any and everyone who will listen to never do business with them! I ordered a TV from a company called Purchasing Power who used this horrible company to do the shipping. They received my package on 9/1 and with minimal tracking I have kept track of it. The item arrived at the terminal in the city I work at 8am on 9/9 waiting to go to the next city where i live which is 15 miles away. I promptly called them to see if i could just come retrieve the item to avoid further delay and was told no I couldn't. So I wait as I was informed delivery would be the next day. Of course it is now the next day and I have heard nothing from them to schedule delivery nor has my item left the neighboring city. Then you call in and get the run around by agents who give you no info and are no help! I will never purchase anything from another company that uses this company as this is completely ridiculous!! The worst ever! I ordered a bathtub from Home Depot. Non Stop Delivery is the shipping company for them. They called me to set up delivery and I selected Friday the 11th between 8am and 4pm. My house is under construction so I need a daytime delivery for it to be received by someone. Friday came and went. No delivery. No phone call. Saturday I called NSD and left a message as I saw that on their website they had me scheduled for delivery that Sunday the 13th. I explained the situation clearly in my message with the tracking number and a phone call to reach me. No one ever called. Sunday, I received a phone call from the delivery driver attempting to deliver the tub. I then explained to him the situation and refused delivery as there was no one on site to receive it. He told me that someone from the office would call me on Monday to reschedule delivery. Monday came and went. No one ever called. I checked the tracking number Monday evening and saw that they had rescheduled me for delivery for Thursday from 4pm to 8pm. Now I'm really angry. Tuesday I called and waited on hold to speak to someone for 25 minutes! When I finally spoke to a customer service representative and explained the entire situation, she put me on hold for an additional 10 mins while she called the local dispatch. She came back and explained that they would deliver during the day but the actual window couldn't be confirmed yet and that someone would call me to confirm on Wednesday for sure. Well, Wednesday came and went. No one called yet again. My delivery time STILL shows as between 4pm and 8pm. Not sure what's going to happen at this point. I have never had such a frustrating, unprofessional experience with a shipping company. My product has been at the local terminal for almost two weeks now. After missing the initial delivery because I was at work(they never actually scheduled with me, just showed up), I have been trying in vain to schedule a delivery either on my two days off or when I get out of work. I called customer service SIX times to attempt to schedule, each time being told they couldn't get in touch with the terminal, left a message and I would receive a call back. Unsurprisingly, I never received a call, and they then AGAIN attempted to deliver out the blue when I wasn't home without scheduling with me. I'm so frustrated with this that I was willing to go and pick up my item myself(only 20 miles away), but I was told I couldn't. Having customers go through this run around for items they paid money for is uncalled for, especially when a simple phone call or call back to schedule a delivery is a simple fix. read more

They originally scheduled our delivery for Friday (today) between 8 and 12. My husband took off work so that he could be here for the delivery. They called me last night and told me that they needed to reschedule because they were behind due to the holiday (yeah, the Fourth of July snuck up on me too...we've only celebrated it since 1776). Anyway, I told them that my husband took off work to be there, so I was told that they would work something out. They called me back later and told me they would be here between 4-8 on Friday. Fine...we cancelled all of our plans so we could be home from 4-8. At 7:46, we got a call that the truck had "broken down" and they wouldn't be able to deliver until Monday. He told us when he called that he was stranded in a city that was over an hour from where we live. Even if his truck wasn't broken down, he still wouldn't have made it by 8, so a phone call well before that would have been nice. If Wayfair ships all of their furniture through this company, I will never order from them again. read more

Well misery does love company I suppose. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Like some other reviewers, my bathroom vanity arrived a day late and at 7:30 am. Called them twice the day it was supposed to be delivered only to wait on hold for 10 minutes to get an answering machine - didn't even get to talk to someone and as you probably guessed, they still haven't returned my calls three days later. I emailed them, they responded two days later with, "Looks like it arrived on time!" which it didn't. When I asked the driver why it was late his response was, "I'm just the driver!" When I called his boss (whose number I had to convince the driver to give me) his response was, "Well you had the basic home delivery." No one took responsibility for what happened or even apologized for the inconvenience. When I talked to Home Depot they listened to my concerns, but said they have been getting a lot of complaints about NSD for 3 months now. I cannot believe they haven't dropped them yet. I told them that was a huge mistake because they lost a customer over this issue. read more

TV I had ordered online arrived today with some issues the first being that the driver pretty much dropped the TV in my driveway and took off before I even before I got outside. I didn't have a chance to inspect or even sign for anything. Leads me to believe that the driver had prior knowledge of the damage. The sides of the box looks like it decided to fight Mike Tyson and the bottom appears to have be dragged across pavement for 10 miles. Some of the Styrofoam inside its pretty well collapsed but I still had hope... Until I plugged it in, cracked screen. Pretty sad to think that it can make it across entire oceans and countries only to die to a lazy employee. Ordered soaking tub from Home Depot for over the threshold delivery. Supposed to be delivered 7/14/2016; no call to set up delivery. Have called numerous times and each time I am told that I will receive a call the next day or that day for delivery setup. Still no call. I have a hard time dealing with a company that lies - how can I trust them. Need this tub for a bathroom remodel. FRUSTRATED!!!!! and I paid extra for this service. UPDATE: Finally received call to schedule delivery. Supposed to be delivered between 1-5 at which time they told me they might come earlier--so naturally I made sure I was home at noon. Tub was not delivered until 7:30 pm; in their defense, they did call around 5 pm to tell me they would be late. I had paid extra for over the threshold delivery because I assumed the product would be heavy. I had expected 2 guys to handle delivery. A man by himself made the delivery who was quite small in stature. At one point, the tub almost toppled off the delivery cart. Tried to check out the tub as much as I could to make sure it is undamaged. Won't fully know until it is installed. Packaging had been opened and I can only speculate that they check it out and also remove the heavy packing so that one person can "handle" the delivery. I would think that a tub would come from shipper with some wood packing around it to keep it from being damaged but no wood was present. That is speculation on my part but seems likely. RIDICULIOUS! I would have to totally agree with everyone else reviews. This company is horrible. When you purchase an item it provides a tracking number and information as to delivery. After the order didn't come when I possibly expected it. I began tracking the order. It showed arrived at terminal on 7 July .I waited and checked again and it said to be delivered by the 11th July. Checked status again and it said unable to reach customer. BS I was worried had my mother go to my residence on the 12 July but no delivery. I contacted the number provided and was advised that a different date was showing for delivery. I provided them with a cell number to contact me in advance so that I could make sure someone was there due to the fact out was out of town. All the company did was put in the system caller called about order. DID NOT I called to provide a telephone number so I could be contacted prior to delivery. Called again on the 13 July again they placed caller called about delivery still didn't get anywhere. One guy said call them in the morning, who are them? I'm calling the number that supposedly has the package. So I contacted NORDITRACK began a chat conversation- needless to say it went about like the delivery. You pay about $2000 for something you order on 30 June and still on the 13 July you have no idea what is going on with the order. After I provided a cell number these idiots still keep calling my residence " IM NOT THERE" so on the 14 July an Ashley furniture truck rolls up outside with my delivery. I was about to leave again so I knew I couldn't get it set up but something said just take the big dirty box off and get it out of my residence. Well opened the box and a brown dusty substance was flying in the air from the box. The box was covered in the same brown substance. There were two starches and multiple scuffs on the machine. it was probably rust from the moisture had 90 plus degree days and damaged because it road around for a week and not delivered. Contacted NORDITRACK I was appalled by the customer rep Lindsay really made me lose my cool. First told I could return the machine but I would be charged a fee. Are you kidding me a fee and it was not completely taken out of the box just the outside was cut opened. So Lindsay wanted proof in pictures done so with an I-phone as you know great pictures. Well I get a response that due to the pictures can not see damaged. OK done begun to contact my credit card company don't have time for stupidity. Called manger to advise I'm going to dispute. We will send a replacement. NSD I certainly hope will not be delivering the second. WORSE delivery and communication with other companies. Its like you were dealing with the company bought form , the delivery and then whomever is sending the tracking information. Definitely a communication break down!!!!!!! read more

This is the WORST company I've ever worked with. I ordered a Nordic Track treadmill last year and i saw from the tracking info that it was sitting at NSD for weeks and they never called to deliver. I called them and pushed them to deliver it. They no-showed without any warning. I proceeded to reschedule 4 additional times and they no-showed 3 times. I will give them credit that they showed up one time, but they wouldn't do the white-glove service that i had paid for so I told them to take it back and redeliver when you can give me what i paid for. Excuses usually were their truck broke down and one time it was there delivery guys quit without telling them. I finally cancelled that order and ordered another treadmill from Proform. To my dismay, they used NSD to ship that one as well. The same thing occurred...3 scheduled deliveries and 3 noshows...I'm cancelling my order with Proform. I've spent hours and hours on the phone for a stupid treadmill. read more

This company only gets one star because i had to click something! I ordered a vanity from home depot on line and didn't have a choice in who was delivering the product. Well...the vanity, which was not cheap at all, was broken! I called to return it and they said non stop delivery would be calling within 3-5 business days to set up a pick up time with me. Well it is now 10 business days and no phone call! I've called home depot customer service 4 times to get them to call me and they've always been helpful and called the delivery people 2 times and they said they'd call back, well as you could imagine they haven't yet. Now i have to pay interest on the vanity we had to rush out and get since the first one was broken! Home depot can't give me a refund until the company picks the broken vanity up but who knows when that will be. Probably in a month since it sat at non stop delivery for a week and a half before they delivered it! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!! read more

This company is awful. I am furious with Home Depot for doing business with them, especially since HD's return policy on patio furniture is nonexistent. We were supposed to receive a dining set last Thursday, well originally Wednesday, but the date was changed to Thursday. No problem, it said I didn't need to be there to receive it, so I left our gate to our courtyard unlocked in case I wasn't home when they came. We also had a portion of the order that was being delivered UPS, when I got home at 2:15 we had the two boxes from UPS delivered and tucked out of sight of the street by our garage. We unpacked that and ran some other errands, leaving the gate unlocked since we were still expecting the larger furniture. At 7:30 I checked the tracking and it said Non Stop had delivered our package at 2pm and left it on our "porch." First, I was home right after that and we only had the UPS packages. Second, WE DON'T HAVE A PORCH. We walked around the neighborhood to see if it was left at a neighbor's house because that has happened before, but of course it was several hours later, so we found nothing. Called Home Depot and they tried to reach out to Non Stop, first time they said they would reach out to the driver and call me back, never heard anything. Second time the HD customer service person just sat on hold with them for about 20 minutes without ever getting an answer. And because the patio furniture you almost always have to order online because their in store stock is so limited is NON-RETURNABLE, I can't get a refund or credit back until they do a 10-14 day investigation. I can re-order the item now...so I can pay for it twice and hope they actually deliver it this time?!?! Had I known this was going to be the process I NEVER would have ordered furniture from Home Depot. And I will NEVER order from them online again cause I don't want to run the risk of having to deal with this shady "delivery" company! read more

Terrible delivery company!! Tracking number 7621166. I purchased a patio set from Home Depot.com on June 29, 2015. Home Depot shipped the item on July 2nd NSD website said delivery would be the 13th. When it didn't arrive I called their customer service department and they said it would arrive in their local warehouse on the 15th and be delivered on the 16th. The 16th came with no delivery. I called Home Depot who called NSD. They said there was a delay and the items would arrive in the local warehouse on the 20th and delivered the 21st. I called NSD the morning of the 20th to confirm and was told it was delayed again and would be in the local warehouse on the 21st and delivered the 22nd. I immediately called Home Depot again who placed a call to NSD. NSD told Home Depot it would be at the local warehouse on the 22nd and had no idea when it would be delivered. I think the snow will fly before my patio furniture arrives. This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with read more
