The inside climate controlled area is nice and clean. The counter assistant said they spray for bugs and such weekly. Inside it smells of moth balls. There is an elevator to get to the second floor. They also have rolling flatbed carts to help take your boxes and such to the storage room. The amounts they list on the website are accurate for the room itself. What they don't mention is the administrative fee ($19.99) plus the need for insurance ($12.00 per month) that is required. Other than that, it's a nice facility.
