It's clear in life you get what you pay for now this rental was only $450 for 2 hours but that does not mean your ride has to be dirty and uncomfortable . Louis shows that he is not a good businessman by arguing with the client and getting offended by a bad review . He claims his limo had AC. Well 5 people in the limo said the AC was blowing hot air. This offended him. New York City is a very bumpy City yes but if you're limousine is well maintained the suspension and ride will be smooth. The driver was unprofessional and not dressed to a chauffers standard. The driver also lied about not receiving his tip along with the balance . These two payments were kept separate but put together and give them to the driver upon his arrival but when I confronted him to make sure he was giving his tip he said he never was and he was only given the balance mathematically that does not add up being that we purposely set aside his $75 and put it in his hand but yet Big Apple wants to argue with me and call me a liar we know what we put in his hand if he doesn't have honest people working for him that's a problem . Do not hire this company they have no integrity no professionalism and no accountability for horrible service . Refusing to give a client a receipt is one of the lowest things you can do as a businessman . So I'm not getting a receipt for a service I paid for because his ego is bruised by my review he needs to get over it find better vehicles and workers because this company is not worth it . Do not and I cannot stress do not book with this company you will regret it

1 STAR - WARNING: MY EXPERIENCE MATCHES THE "SCAM" REVIEWS…read more I hired Archi from this company for a 3 day private driver service in New York and prepaid $2,500. Two days before my trip, my flight to New York was cancelled due to a blizzard. His own website clearly states that customers are entitled to a refund in this situation. When I requested the refund based on his written policy, he immediately became hostile and began sending aggressive messages saying I would not be refunded. The tone and volume of the messages were completely unprofessional and honestly alarming. Instead of honoring the policy on his own website, he repeatedly harassed us over text. To avoid further issues, we rescheduled our trip two weeks later and he confirmed he would provide the service we already paid for. Then our flight was delayed by ONE HOUR. After that one hour delay, Archi suddenly claimed we owed him $15,000 for "wasting his time." This was never mentioned in any agreement, contract, or policy. He began sending more aggressive messages demanding this amount. At that point it became very clear something was not right. After digging deeper, I noticed something concerning. The Google reviews for this company are almost all perfect 5 star reviews that read extremely generic and similar to each other. Meanwhile the Yelp reviews are significantly lower and describe experiences very similar to mine, including accusations of scams and aggressive behavior. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this service to do thorough research and communicate only in writing. I have screenshots of all messages and policies referenced above. Proceed with caution.
