They also couldn't do machas a la parmesana either, so we got ostiones en gratiné which were really good. We also had a cold seafood plate and merluza. Everything was delicious and the ocean view from the second floor couldn't be beat. I felt that the place was less crowded than something in Viña and they gave us a cacao liqueur as a digestive after lunch. The ambience is not family friendly, they didn't have hot cocoa!!! Can you imagine a restaurant in the mountains that runs out of hot cocoa? And regardless of being 1 hour from the city, they said it would no be made available in the same day (it was 9am).
