Their staff had terrible customer service and their management isn't any better. They will not try to correct a mistake they will sweep it under the rug. Absolutely terrible customer service. It's an enjoyable experience every time - knowing you're in the right hands, and that my hair will look exactly how I wanted (and I have high standards). Despite having a difficult hair (wavy, thick, coarse, dark brunette) she made it possible for me to go blonde (light blonde highlights) a healthy way, all through a stress-free process. The life of my highlights is extended. Besides being a true hair artist, Jenny is also very professional, and a wonderful person! And, for the results she creates, the prices are beyond affordable. I learned that Jenny goes to seminars throughout the world beauty centers (like Italy, Spain, Brazil, LA, etc.) which help her create great looks and stay current with trends. For an example, first time, she applied a highlighting technique from a seminar in Italy, and created light blonde highlights with no damage, no brassiness, and in one appointment (exact results were light brown hair with ash blonde highlights). At the last appointment, Jenny gave a layered haircut using a special technique she personally learned from a "Big Sexy Hair" product line owner. In addition, another time, she went out of her way and extended an appointment extra time in order to thoroughly color my hair (with blonde, foil, baby-highlights - which was a masterpiece). Jenny also taught me about factors that affect hair health such as pH balance, wintertime hair regimen, as well as various daily looks, and so on. You can ask her questions, and she answers without hesitation! Jenny uses the product line "Joico" which prove to be good quality, and GHD tools for styling. The hair salon and spa at her house is very relaxing and pleasant. This is a lengthy review, but hopefully it gives an idea about Jenny's Hair Salon services. I found her online and decided to give threading a try, and I'm so glad I did! She was able to get me in right away as a walk-in, and within just a few minutes I was getting my brows done. It wasn't painful at all, and they turned out absolutely amazing! Before this, I had actually been considering microblading or something similar because I thought I needed more shape and definition to my brows. After seeing what a good brow threading could do, I realized I didn't need any of that -- I just needed someone who knew how to shape my brows properly!
