There is so much detail that goes into such a treatment and sadly unless you have experience from multiple locations you may not realize that you may or may not be getting proper treatment. Linda's knowledge, wisdom, attitude, and compassion made me feel so comfortable at her practice. I felt a major difference after my first treatment which to me was unbelievable. I can not recommend her enough. She has a heart of gold and the world needs more people like her. Thank you Linda!!

She is patient, kind, stern when needed, and really gave me a lot of tools to overcome my anxiety and lingering PPD. There were a lot of exercises we deployed, books recommended (and read), and even light guided meditation when I was very overwhelmed. I never thought I would look forward to therapy sessions, but I did for these ones. Her attention to detail and recall ability for little things we discussed months before surprised me in a great way. I truly recommend her services.

Erin from Family Therapy Solutions is an absolute godsend -- I truly can't recommend her enough. I…read morefirst found her on Yelp and then came across her videos on YouTube, which really stood out. After a bit of back and forth with my healthcare provider, I was finally able to get Erin approved as my primary therapist -- and I'm so glad I did. She's the real deal: kind, but no-nonsense. Erin tells it like it is -- no sugarcoating -- and gives honest, practical, real-world advice that comes from deep experience. She's professional, direct, and incredibly insightful. Whether it's individual, couples, or family therapy -- especially for those in public safety or military circles -- Erin brings a deep understanding and a grounded approach to each session. She listens closely and stays focused on the issue at hand. Sessions are typically an hour long and always feel productive -- there's no wasted time or empty filler. My first session with her was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and while I did meet her in person once at her Clovis office, we've continued sessions via FaceTime ever since -- which has worked seamlessly. What I appreciate most is that Erin is not judgmental -- she hears both sides of a situation and helps us find realistic, usable solutions. It's clear she genuinely cares about our mental health and well-being. And when the medical system doesn't come through the way it should... Erin does. I'll just leave it at that. It's comforting to know she's only a phone call away when things get heavy and you need real, grounded feedback from someone you trust. If you're looking for a therapist who cuts through the noise, brings clarity, and truly has your back -- Erin is it. Five stars all the way.

We took our daughter there 3 times, because it was the "only show in town!" for residential care…read more She has a serious mental illness and needed that level care. The first time we took her was during Covid and she tested positive during her stay. However, instead of isolating her by herself in a room, they sent her home. The county person who was called out to consult about the situation, told us they should have kept her. I was a bit surprised, but understood why they would release her. They would want a client who could participate and they needed her room for that client. However, the 2nd time we took her there, it took us 2 weeks and several discussions to convince them to give her the prescribed meds she needed to remain stable! That seemed very odd and unprofessional! I'd even say negligent! The 3rd time we took her there, they asked us to participate in a Family Session with their "therapist." This very young woman obviously had no experience in leading a family session. She sat there mute, not asking any questions of any of the 3 of us. I kept hinting, what she could do to get a conversation going, but she didn't get it. I finally took over and started asking the questions of each of my own family, including myself and our daughter. Being a Family Therapist myself, it was a good thing I knew what I was doing. However, for most, if not all, of their clients, they would not know how to do that. Bottom line, they need to. hire professionals to work in their program, not inexperienced students. They also need to follow protocol on meds!

Baart don't care about your situation, they schedule ridiculous appointments with their doctors even though you have your own doctor. They make you wait in the waiting room to be seen for up to 2 hours even though you are in pain. This organization needs to be reevaluated by the department of health. Making people suffer shouldn't be part of their evaluation.

Billing I can't remember her name said were ppo only now and refused to give me any more appointments or refill medications unless I paid 250$ or more per visit. When I changed insurance I had 2 therapists appointments they billed by card for 220x 2=440 way more than the going rate. Billing didn't even try to make my insurance work. When I was changing I called and asked which insurance they would take. She just said I don't know until I run it and get a denial or acceptance. Erica who prescribed medicine was good but sometimes she cancels appointments last minute and I didn't get the message. Also sometimes you wait over 30 minutes if she has an emergency. The therapist I won't name pressured me to be seen weekly and we both got tired of it a bad situation. I truly felt mind above was just a mill about making money off their patients only helping as an afterthought. At first I was made the quit taking my insurance but it's the only thing that spurred me to seek out better care from a better run office.
