My daughter is a cancer survivor with a very complex medical history and has multiple health…read moreissues. Dr. Dunsmoor is an AMAZING doctor! He is thorough, intelligent, and attentive. As a parent of a special needs child, finding a Dr you trust 100% is incredibly rare but is such a blessing! His office staff is wonderful and efficient. We followed Dr Dunsmoor from Box Canyon to Mountain View Primary, and would have followed him anywhere. The only thing I hated about moving out of state was losing him as her Dr. For 8 years he oversaw and managed ALL her health issues and multidisciplinary team of specialists. Dr. Dunsmoor is the best doctor ever!!!

Firstly, I wanna start by saying the staff has not been rude by any means, but just extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I started going to this doctor, specifically Dr. Noorda, because of the incredible reviews he had about him as far as his practice and medicine... I wanna make it very clear that I am only continuing to come to this office because of the incredible care that I've received from Dr. Noorda and only because of that. Otherwise, it has been extremely frustrating and an impeccable waste of my time... I Initially went in 11/26 to get blood drawn and provide samples that I was asked for for testing... When I arrived, there was a ton of confusion on what test were actually supposed to be performed on me so that was frustrating, and then after they finally figured everything out, and I was able to provide them with the correct paperwork, they took the samples they thought I needed it, and I proceeded to leave the office as normal... Literally less than three minutes later they called me back to back letting me know if I'm able to rush back in. They forgot to give me some test that we're on the list for me that day, which was already a red flag, but I decided that everyone makes mistakes and I went back in with no problem., Mind you I live over 25 minutes away, so this is not convenient travel wise for me by any means, but I will travel anywhere for good care. Fast-forward to today, December 4, I go in for my appointment to drop off the test that I was sent home with 11/26 to test me further, and when I went in to drop off the samples, everything appeared to be fine. I gave them to the phlebotomist, And I left... As per usual. Unbeknownst to me, I'm driving 25 minutes away to go back home and get back to work, I'm on a work call as I drive home and I noticed that Mountain View called me twice back to back... I'm on an important call so I cannot switch over, and the first thing I thought is there is absolutely no way they are calling me because they forgot something again, I am already traumatized that happened to me the first time. Once I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back lo and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. We're all on one line and was confusing the phlebotomist told me she had to ask aOnce I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back low and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. We're all on one line and was confusing the phlebotomist told me she had to ask a nurse how to also read the paperwork just for them to call back and tell me they need an additional 5+ tests and that I ultimately wasted my time coming down and giving them the test that I drove 25 minutes to give them, because That wasn't actually all of the test that I was supposed to provide to them initially, which was completely unbeknownst to me because they literally never told me . So now I have to go back for my appointment December 18, but we were originally supposed to discuss all of the results that I had already sent in, now that Appointment is essentially obsolete because the testing still isn't done, mind you I have driven back-and-forth to the office more than five times now trying to achieve the same results and something that should be extremely simple... all she could literally tell me verbatim was "well you don't have to drive back up here if you don't want to I was just making you aware"... Girl of course I have to drive back up there. This is my health we're talking about, no matter how frustrating it is I'm going to do whatever it takes to finally get these test submitted, but wow the hoops I've had to go through is crazy! I'm typically not want to complain, but the situation has left me feeling helpless and in disbelief!

This ER treated my 89yr old mother with such care and sincere compassion this past week…read more Everyone that works in the ER were outstanding. 5 star treatment, exceptional customer service with complete class and dignity. She was admitted with attention to every detail as she is very frail and extremely in pain. It has been the most caring experience as this was our 3rd ER in 3 weeks for the same issue. The others just couldn't be bothered or even attempt to. Thank you everyone at Centennial

Hi, I was admitted to ICU last weekend and during my stay someone stole my Stanley Cup when they…read moretransferred me from my ICU room to my lower room on the 3rd floor. I haven't been able to contact a manager to talk to about it this situation. I've called security twice and they haven't been able to assist me in locating my cup (with my first & lastname on it) or even offered to view the video cameras they have everywhere. There should be a protocol when the hospital staff leaves their shift through security. Now unfortunately I am back at Centennial Hills Hospital, and in ICU again after four days later for my previous stay/discharge. This time I had endoscopy done and I hadn't ate for 1 & 1/2 days; I called and placed my lunch and dinner ordered as they told me while I was in recovery, waiting to go back to my ICU room and they never delivered my lunch and I didn't eat dinner until 6 o'clock because it was on the other side. Then yesterday (10/05/26) they never served dinner to ICU patients on the whole ICU floor I was unable again to get a hold of the kitchen manager or manager on duty. They also served breakfast at 7 AM and lunch at 2:30ish pm yesterday; If you're in ICU and you're hungry I suggest that you have somebody bring food to you or have Uber Eats deliver you food but that can be expensive and inconvenience. The Doctors place you on meal plans with restrictions on your food diet so that would be hard (since they don't give a good description of what you can exactly eat but mind you that's why they have a kitchen staff in the first place). Now, if you go to Centennial Hills hospital for something non as threatening & not admitted into ICU; you'll be fed. I will speak of the Doctors, nursing staff and Doctors Specialties Doctors; they'll amazing with great bedside manner!, I'm extremely disappointed in the management staff. It's like they avoid and you're not able to come into contact with someone to voice your complaints too or have them resolved or acknowledged. The nursing team shouldn't have to deal with upset hungry patients that are in loads of pain. Management needs to do a lot better and make that a priority to improve!
