Really friendly and helpful and we were in our house within 5 minutes. We then asked him to give us a quote for a sliding door that we couldn't unlock. Instead of just giving us a quote and coming back - which I'm sure many bigger companies would have done- He spent a good part of an hour fixing the door and did not charge us anymore than the £85 we'd originally agreed for opening or door. From what could have been an annoying and expensive evening he helped us out so much and had a great friendly manner, we would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone!
