I loved that their coffee is locally roasted in Palma and they sell their coffee beans which makes for a great souvenir gift. The Latte was creamy, full, and slightly acidic. It gave me the caffeine kick I needed to start the day. I went with the Ijen Highlands Coffee Beans as it was one of the freshest batches they had (made earlier that week). The coffee beans alone smell amazing with notes of mango lassi, plums, and creamy cacao. Once brewed, those notes were still there and tasted excellent in lattes too. We ordered an oat milk latte and a regular milk latte, both were tasty. Paid 5 euros for both. There was lots of indoor and outdoor seating room. Bathrooms are up on the second floor. A few people were working on the first floor -- this seems like a nice spot to have a snack, drink a coffee, and get a bit of work done. The baristas are very cheerful and friendly. They taught me how to say oat milk in Spanish!

A few moments later, three teenage girls come in and not only are they presented with a menu (they have a menu?), their order was taken and filled immediately. Such is life in Southern Europe? Still, the coffee was nice and the coffee shop was comfortable for an hour while I warmed up. It's around 50 degrees (maybe 13 Celcius) here in Mallorca in early December. Beach weather, it is not.

They take cards not so bilingual tho but it's ok. This area is cool and loaded with lots of bakeries and a very walkable area. I would defiantly return for some fresh squeezed juice.
