If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is merely a shady insurance brokerage. They do…read morenothings more than collect money and process paperwork. If you have a claim they do not assist you or work with the companies they FARM your coverage out to, most of which are extremely unethical and borderline fraudulent. There's an amusing sign inside the office for complaints or concerns, but that line isn't made to assist or resolve issues. Do NOT use this company unless you are company desperate because if you ever have an accident you will be victimized twice, once in the accidents and the second time trying to utilize your coverage that is bought and paid for. Id rather buy time share at a swamp As for doing everything humanly possible to assist, you have no idea what claim this is in regard to, to make that statement. Your office staff could barely accommodate a request for proof of insurance or rental reimbursement. Perhaps you should look more deeply before everything is reported to the IL Department of Insurance. 43 days later I still haven't seen anything regarding the accident and am still making car payments on a totaled vehicle. 25 voicemails, 18 emails, 3 hour reply window regarding documentation requested. Take responsibility for the "Companies" you affiliate with and farm your customers to.
