This is absolutely the best place for storage! My family has been using Norwalk storage for years and the service is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The pricing is competitive and they offer good deals to their customers, such as if you pay a few months in advance they will knock down the monthly fee. We've always been able to access our unit when we needed to and have never had any problems with the staff or the facility. It has truly been a pleasure to store our items at Norwalk Self Storage. Vivian Campos is the manager and has done an excellent job of running this facility as well as employing a team that gives top-notch service to their customers! She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers and run a good, honest business the right way. My family and I recently purchased a home out-of-state and will be moving this coming weekend. I was referred to Norwalk Self Storage from our manager at our apartment complex. She said to see Vivian who would give me the best service possible. I do not have good experience with storage companies in the past so I did not know what to expect. They are the most pleasant and cheerful people I have seen in a while. I did not know Vivian was the manager. She took me on the golf cart to show me a unit and stopped to pick up a piece of paper. She said they take great pride in keeping their facility very clean. I was sold right then. They are very strict in who goes in and out but are flexible if you ask in advance. She even offered me the truck to use instead of renting one. My experience at Norwalk Self Storage on 6/24/12 through a user referral to rent storage space; my son rents there and he gave me a referral. I went down to rent some space and I was expecting some type of negative feedback on either availability or the price, you know, as most companies do. To my surprise it was just the opposit. The lady that helped me, Gracie Hernandez, gave me great service. I got the unit I wanted and my son got his referral fee. During our conversation on rates and policies, Gracie had to explain some things to me more than once because of my condition of having a stroke in November of last year. My wife would tell me that "she just told you that", however Gracie was very patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to rexplain everything to me until I got it. All in all, it was a great experience, other companies should learn how to treat customers from this company. i recently wrote a negetive review about Norwlk Self Storage that was untrue. I was angry at them for truly tryin to run a business n i expected special treatment from them which is not right of me. i took my anger out on their business knowin it could do damage when they didnt deserve it. Norwalk Self Storage was there in my time of need! We decided to relocate a month ago and needed a reliable, safe and secure location to store the majority of our home. We were recommended by another storage unit place to contact Norwalk. And boy am I glad we did! Great customer service! Everyone remembers you on a first name basis. The location is always clean, with tons of security cameras with a controlled access entrance and exit. Only thing is they close earlier than the other locations. I can't remember her name but the young lady I spoke with said she'd call me right away if the reservation wasn't upheld. Next day I got a call at work that the unit was available and I jumped on it pronto. The price was very fair and was able to do everything online. A friend of mine referred me to this after I had pulled my hair out at Public storage. I quickly left public storage and high tailed it to Norwalk and heck yes they are better. They are more affordable, cleaner, NICER!!! you will see the difference the MOMENT you walk through the front door. The hallways to the storage unit are brightly lit and they even have good music playing over the system while you unpack in your storage unit...so much nicer than the other places.. Brian was at the front desk and was so helpful! with a peaceful calming disposition. After calling around a few storage facilities, we decided to walk in here. The staff was super helpful, extremely clean facility and the prices were super reasonable. We had the pleasure of Vivian showing us around and going over every detail of the renting process. She was very professional, friendly and really the one who sold us on getting a space here! Came to this storage facility was really pleased and surprise on how clean it is. They have a little bit of parking in front and next to it is a big car dealership. Plenty of parking there as well. Storage facility is pretty big inside where the units are and is really clean ,well labeled and easy to find units. This location does have an office and staff on site, They are helpful and easy to access if needed , store unit price is not bad and a great payment plans. The Staff at this Facility are awesome. The grounds are kept " very" clean. Don't get me started on the " always stocked, always clean and always available" restroom. I loved it when I was informed of the discounts available thru certain Apps. For me a $15.00 discount is a savings of $15.00. I don't know about you all out there, but this is money in my pocket.
