I was told verbally when I bought my course, though I had read this anyway. Always been clean when I have been in and never had problems with out of order beds as I have at other places. Really annoying when you have got undressed... The only downside? It really does get busy. Particularly with students. But then it is in the middle of studentland. And I was one once Lol.
