One time in Canada, a car rental company refused me a rental until I showed them a specific form from State Farm proving coverage in Canada. I was running very late to an important event. So I made a call to Gary Garrett's office and explained the situation. Moments later they emailed me the specific form with my name, policy number and other information on it. There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. Gina is my agent and has been so incredibly helpful over the past year…read more I am one that has a hectic schedule and the best way to communicate with me is via email. Gina has been more than happy to accommodate! When I moved from Minnesota, she helped me get the best rate for my auto coverage and renter's coverage (which so happen to be with two different companies). Then, when I got engaged she helped me get my ring included on my renter's insurance and found out that the company I was with for that policy had now added auto coverage and my rates would be better if I switched. She helped me have a seamless switch and saved me a good chunk of change each month! I hadn't even asked her to do that! She went above and beyond for me on several occasions and it has not gone unnoticed.
