Anyways 300 dollars later originally supposed to be 90, I drive 30 minutes, turn my car off then back on and my wheel won't move and my car is steaming.

And they were very friendly and businesslike and checked me out. I needed a new alternator but probably could limp along home. I did and this am was able to bring it to my local mechanic. This is North Dakota, everyone knows everyone or so it seems and so I think they deserve a big thank you for doing such a great job looking out for this lady.

Then they gave her back the car just for it to break down two hours later, so she called them back turns out it was the timing chain they said they would bring the car back into the shop and repair that for another fee. If they were a reputable shop, they would've known right away. It was the timing chain, or offered her a refund, instead they offered to fix it for more money. they are con artists just trying to make extra money. I wouldn't bring your car there. They'll just con you out of money too!

AAA hired a buds service center to tow my son's vehicle to another establishment for repair on his…read morestarter. Immediately upon delivery of the vehicle to the other establishment my son got a phone call from the people working on his vehicle that the towing company had almost torn his bumper completely off and shattered the undercarriage In the photos you can see are laying in the parking lot of the other establishment. My son then called AAA immediately who've tried and attempted to reach out to bed service Center for repairs they have never replied to AAA. So I called them today myself they denied the damage did either drive or did anything to the vehicle and he basically hung up on me. this is a case where we're going to have to go to court because they refuse to pay for the damages done to my son's vehicle
