As someone who is totally clueless about cars, they were honest about what was essential versus non essential to repair so I could stay within budget and they answered all of my many questions thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with kindness. Protech mechanics made sure they didn't miss anything through their detailed inspection and diagnostics. They did not try to pull one over on me and upsell like many mechanic shops do. The cost was completely reasonable given the cost of parts and time for repairs. Additionally, they were not just going through the motions of their job, they really went the extra mile (pun intended lol) picking me up so I didn't have to walk to the shop to make my payment and get my vehicle. They go above and beyond for their customers. Everything that needed repaired with my car was repaired, I got to ride with the mechanic to ensure it was fixed and ask any last questions, and overall could not be more satisfied with this experience. They had it for 2 days and when I got it back there was a heavy vibration and howling sound. their 90 day warranty was not honored as they said for another nearly 1,000 which was already payed the first time. I took the odometer reading before then after,as there was 12 miles they put on. I paid 2,850 to have it done right by a car dealer. $3,850 total. Motor mount was left loose,engine was drifting which caused axle breakage.

Esentially they bait and switch there customers by offering more for there trade in and jacking up the price of the vechicle. They are not up front with people and I suggest you avoid this dealership! I offered them the correct value for the truck and they knew I was on to there scam!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! Needless to say, it didn't work for the obvious reasons... I figured it out two months later when I called the Ford warranty company. So then I ask for my money back. Jamie told me he was working on it. That was mid Dec. It is now beginning of March, and I still don't have any word on when I'm getting my money back. And on top of that, I just found out Jamie spent the money I requested and forged a new warranty contract with a different warranty company mid Dec. AFTER I REQUESTED IT BACK! Also, back when my wife and I were signing papers, the car salesman (Larry) lied right to our faces on just following up on some concerns that we had with the car. Typical car salesmen tricks! Can't really expect allot from a car salesmen... And somehow, the thing that I was least discussed with (but yet still very important) is how over priced there used cars are. I talked "Larry" $4,000 down from their "JUST REDUCED PRICE" and I was STILL over paying on retail according to KBB on a car that should cost between $10-$12K. I have made it my personal mission to inform every friend/family member/co-worker never to buy from these jokers! I'm not sure if these guys are idiots or crooked but I would stay away if you value you time, money and sanity... EDIT 3: This is the worst repair shop I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Save yourself the worry and trouble. At this location, they won't speak to the things they deliberately did. They won't be accurate and honest. This shop will leave you feeling disrespected, and like you can't trust the work "they did" on your vehicle. DON'T GO HERE! Especially if Andrew Z is the one working. They will start name calling the second you say anything they don't 100% agree with. I wouldn't trust this place with my car ever again. The bad communication mixed with bad turn around times for car repairs, makes me not trust the quality of the work completed. Andrew made an already stressful situation ten times worse. Maybe if we have to go to the extent of name calling.. we should probably just take a deep breath? Not talking was also an option... he kept saying slights and insults at me while I was trying to complete my checkout process with the receptionist. Upon further review of my car, there was loose wires left in the floorboard of the driver side of my car and some weird sticker stuff I had to peel off my back window. Maybe Andrew should have spent less time berating me and more time getting my car ready for pickup. EDIT: I couldn't reply to Jessica, so I'm editing my reply. By trying, she means they called me one time and left a call back number that doesn't route me to them. I've called that number back multiple times, it routes me to Andrew. Not exactly the person I'd care to ever speak with again. EDIT 2: called again, still no response from the GM. Not sure how hard they're trying to get in contact with me if they aren't returning my calls!

The paint matches to a T, and the parts (doors, ect) line up perfectly. Such quality work in a surprisingly short amount of time, considering all that needed to be done. Gerber was great with communicating the car's progress via biweekly texts and answered any questions and addressed my concerns very patiently. I'm also very relieved to know they warranty all their work and they have shops all across the US just in case I need them when I return to Florida Thank you Gerber!
