Instead, the process was a complete nightmare and I ended up with a mortgage far worse than I was originally promised based on my financial situation. I reached out to Tracy because I had a bad feeling about how Chase was treating me, and she turned out to be an enormous help. Though my family insisted that I stay with Chase to the end, Tracy remained involved - advising me and filling out a parallel application in case (as she feared) Chase was setting me up for disappointment. It turned out that Chase was acting in bad faith, but they drew out the process long enough that I couldn't switch to Tracy to close. Even when that was clear, Tracy remained involved and advised me in my negotiations with the bank to make sure I ended up with the best deal possible. If I had it to do over again, I, without a doubt, would have called Tracy first. She clearly loves what she does and cares about her clients.
