Communication (text, phone, and in-person conversations) was always easy and direct. She texted us with specific instructions for how to find her at the airport. She drove calmly, competently, and very safely. She checked in by text two days prior to our return trip, and to be safe, we arranged a pickup 4 hours before the time we wanted to be at the airport due to the heavy snowfall (8 inches) expected the next day.
