Terrible service. Dennis came to my house and we discussed that my house needed to be jacked up where the center was sinking. He looked in my crawl space and said yes we can Jack it up. Might not be perfect but we will take most of that sag out. Seven months later they finally showed up to do the work. They were here for 2 hours. They put a supplemental beam 4 feet from the center of the house that needed the support and at least 2 of the jacks holding the beam weren't even tight. I could wiggle them. I contacted them about this and they said I was never told they could Jack the house up. They returned and took their beam out and kept my down payment. And now I can't get a phone call or email returned. I believe they thought me being a single woman they were going to be able to take my money and run. Damaged our house at initial fix. We noticed a few issues since and no one will return our calls or emails.

The worst workmanship ever. Basement perimeter drain system not installed per quote or agreement, breach of contract. The concrete is cracking and coming off. They used quikcrete and mixed it next to my furnace which was running and now the exhaust motor quite working and the blower motor sounds bad. The draining system is pieced together with duct tape which falls right off. The workers don't care what the finished product looks like it's not their basement. My sump crock is installed 2" below floor level, the whole install is nothing but a joke. I called the corporate hq and lodged a complaint they're a joke too. Was told I would have a supervisor call back in 48 hours never happened. Wish I would have read reviews before letting them on my basement. Very overpriced don't hire. read more

I am very disappointed with this company. I paid $15,000 for basement waterproofing and 6 months later I still have a wet basement. It took several months of me emailing and calling and legal threats to even get someone out to take a look at what was going on. After that person came out I still have heard nothing and have sent emails again. It looks like my only option at this point is legal action. read more

We gave them a call and they came and did a great job on our basement, making it waterproofed. We were really happy with the quality of work the crew did, in just a days time! I had a waterproof system installed in my home July of 2016. The "professional" who gave an estimate on value came over to discuss pricing prior to the installation. I shared with him my concern that I had way to much water coming in and I doubted that their system would completely work, but he assured me it would. When the workers showed up I again voiced my concerns that there is a lot of water, and the foreman indicated "he had seen worse". They were there for 1 day, less than 12 hours and installed everything including the sump pump and an exterior drain to the yard. After reviewing their system the next week I called back to tell them my basement was still wet, and the drain they installed only 10 feet from the house was causing water to run directly back to the foundation and I wanted them to move it out further. They said no problem and would fix the issue at no cost. I was working the day they came back and asked my father to come over (he doesn't live at my address) to keep an eye on things. He told them even if they extended an extra 10 feet it was going to do the same thing, so they went an additional 20 all together and charged him $100 on the spot. Keep in mind he does not live there nor own the house, but they took his money gladly. After they left I called the manager/owner and he would not return my phone calls. I had the pipe leading up to the drain leak, so I finally reached out to them by email. They sent a plumber over to fix the pipe and I haven't heard from them since. My basement has been wet throughout, and today 05/09/2017 my pump quit working. I called the company again, and because of my location and no work in the area for them, she stated she would take down my information and call me if they come to the area. I asked, "What do I do in the meantime?" She states "Well, if it's just the pump you can go to the local hardware store and purchase one". I have asked a manager contact me. The total cost of the "waterproofing" was $8,170, which was paid in full on 07/26/2016. After spending over $8,000, and having terrible customer service, having a wet basement still, and them telling me to spend even more money to replace my pump, I can not hold in my anger any longer. This company is a joke. Don't be fooled with their advertisements and "professionals". NOT WORTH A PENNY! read more

While I'm sure that the PolyLevel concrete repair is the best product and would work great, this contractor never returns calls!! He came and gave us an estimate in May, 2016. When I called back and asked questions and for references in the area, he stopped returning calls. I was told by the secretary that she would send references via email and that never happened.
