They are given…read morethe power by the City of Kitchener to give parking tickets to people parked in front of their store or on the store property, even if they are customer, parking infractions. They are abusing their power and the City of Kitchener will not do anything about it. For example, if you are a customer and bought something there but leave your car there to go across the road to the washroom, they have the right to ticket you because you've left your car on their property but you are not there. Prices are high and selection is limited, but it is a convenience store, so that much is to be expected. Service is OK, but when it's busy there can be a long wait at the cash while the lone cashier checks you out. When it's cold out, or when you are tired, needing to go to the 24-hour store farther away keeps me from giving this location more stars.
