I called A&J and Jim fitted me in straightaway, even though it was obvious when I got there that he had loads of other jobs on. He made the car safe to drive, ordered the parts needed and they did the repair the next day for a decent price. I totally recommend these people as they actually care about what they do.P.S Im not in San Fransisco as it says here??!

They told me when dropping it off it may be wishbones and/or bushes or ball joints etc and that they'd look into it and give the car a good look around. Sure enough they were right and it now drives great. Interesting I forgot to get it MOT'd whilst it was there (oops) & had to book it in elsewhere due to my location & it went straight through at another garage with no advisory! I cannot speak highly enough of ACT. I thought the price was fine, the guys there seemed very honest & the car was diagnosed & repaired the same day. An excellent garage. Truly excellent.

Due to the complexity of the parts I was told it may not be ready until the following day. When I rang the next day the car was done, the price was £100 less than I was quoted and they had replaced a rear bulb for free. (Audi charged £50 last time it went !) The service and value for money I've received is fantastic on all counts so I would strongly recommend using Offmore Rd Garage and I will take my personal and company vehicles in the future.

My car has gone from 190bhp to 250bhp and you can really tell to. When I phoned them asking about what's the condition of my car and whether it'll pass the MOT test they told me they would have to replace a few car parts which they said would cost me and X amount of £. When I went over there to pick up my car after the parts had been replaced they had increased the asking price for the replaced car parts and they did not provide me with a receipt as to how much each part as well as the labour charges are worth. I confronted them about this which is why they changed the total price for the replaced car parts 2 more times which gave me the perception that they were making the price charges as they went along. I suppose they didn't have a fixed price list. Absolute waste of time and they've got no consideration for the customer.
