If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. They are breaking the law by not allowing Service Dogs in their stores unless they are carried (explain to me how a Guide Dog is supposed to assist their visually impaired human while being carried... pretty sure this would result in breaking more items than if the dog were actually allowed to do its job and be on the floor). Their store is not accessible to anyone with a disability requiring any medical equipment, as, and I quote from the owners, "the aisles are too narrow". This is a violation of the AODA and likely a violation of fire safety codes as well. The owners are 2 of the rudest people I have ever met. I've never had a more negative experience anywhere. I'm absolutely appalled by the way I was treated; rude, sexist, ableist comments were made. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour from a business. I'm appealed that they are still open and haven't been shut down with such inexcusable behaviour. read more
