He went the extra mile went to Menards for the parts he needed, because their company doesn't carry my parts. So in order to save us money he went and purchased the parts for existing system. He was here and done with the work by 11:30 Monday morning! very efficient and friendly. I will definitely call them again for any of my garage door needs. oh he also programmed my key pad. yes it's a simple task I've learned that I was making it difficult, but he showed me how to do it and was super nice about it.

Not a reliable company. They have about 8-15 employees at one time because they can't manage…read morepeople. They do not know about the mechanics or operations of doors or openers. They will blame their manufacturers for mistakes, as well as their group of clueless employees. I've worked in the garage door business, these guys are clueless. Head my warning. They will also try to suck you dry in service fees for coming back to fix their own mistakes. Not familiar with the other companies in town, I know they are limited, but bigger does not mean better. Be careful.
