When he arrived, after checking out the panel, he thought the breaker "looked funny". So he replaced it. When questioned what could be tripping it, he said again, "I wouldn't worry about it, I think it was an old breaker." He never checked the circuits that were on the breaker for a possible problem. On 6/26 we had a house fire. After inspection from the fire marshal as well as the investigating electrician, it was determined that the fire was caused by a faulty outlet. This outlet was on the breaker he replaced. The fire marshal and electrician both said that this was negligence. They also said that had we not been home, our home would most likely have been a total loss due to the location and nature of the fire. We were leaving for vacation the next day. I let Jason know about this today, and he tried defending himself. All he said was, "sorry". Not is there anything I can do or anything at all. Beware and be safe

Two years later I am still waiting. My most recent call (2 months ago) was to express my concern over their service and was assured that they would follow-up. Still they have not shown up. I have finally went to another provider and found out that the regulator on My Generac was never installed properly in the first place. If there had been a zero star rating, I would give them a zero rating for the following. 1. total incompetence 2. no follow-up 3. very poor customer service 4.
