Big score in my opinion, the staff were able to work and exchange brief conversation while doing their job. That is SO important to me. Treating customers like people, not just transactions. I call the refills in one or more days in advance yet its still never ready when i arrive. The staff are inconsiderate and i cant recall a time when they were more helpful than minimum possible to complete a transaction. I only used them because my local pharmacies dont carray a medicine i use. Ill have to look into mail order instead. I asked about that at the counter, and literally all they knew about it was the phone number. Thats pretty bizarre, but par for the course here. Avoid.

I go in once a month for my medications and never once were they polite and for whatever reason they just couldn't figure out my healthcare. I have 100% prescription drug coverage.... but yet I always had to pay between $5-$10 and they'd tell me to call my drug company. The last time I went in, a young brown haired snob very rudely told me not to refill my prescriptions with the lawtons app (as I've done many, many times before with no issue). Alison, is one of the worst ones. Never stepping foot in that place again. Really think about getting some quality staff. I have since transferred to the lawtons in the regent mall and it is like night and day - phenomenal service!
