He is honest, shows compassion, understanding and remains humble even with all there is to brag about. I felt comfort in knowing he worked on staff at Mayo Clinic where he did over 5,000 surgery's. He is also a Rhinoplasty genius and I know if you can master a procedure such as that which is more complex (millimeters matter) then I felt confident he could do my Mastopexy blindfolded. Charlotte has many Plastic Surgeons to choose from but I wanted to choose the BEST. A surgeon who has the talent, skill, and personality. He has patients flying in from all over to schedule with him and I am fortunate to have him here in my city. Dr. Finical was so patient with me and took his time to answer all my questions. Even though I was aware of his busy schedule I felt that I was his only priority. At each appointment I spent the appropriate amount of time with him and never waited more then 10 minutes to be seen. The practice was very accommodating on all Levels. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I expected a lot as far as results because I've seen so many of his before and after results and my expectations were far exceeded. To say I am ecstatic is an understatement. I cannot express enough how nice it is when you stand completely naked in front of a doctor with your Trainwreck of a body and he makes you feel like you are still beautiful and he can make you even more beautiful.
