My wife and daughter brought in a couple of clarinets, one that needed no immediate repairs - had one cork that was starting to peel - was playable and Ed ripped two corks off the newer selmer without even asking and was handling it quite rough, then tells us the repair is $175.00 on the new clarinet we just purchased for $200 and my daughter has band-practice the following day and now it's not functional. We didn't even ask him to repair anything, he just started destroying it while inspecting it with his fingernails. My wife and daughter felt assaulted and we will never visit this place again. As my wife was walking out with our now non-functional instruments he had the gall to offer us $50.00 for the old selmer-bundy we had him look at that he also ripped all the remaining cork off off while being inspected. Someone needs to put him out of business. In my book this guy is a criminal and should be treated as such. read more
