However, while charging for experienced painter rates, she sent a 20+ year old immigrant who didn't speak a word of English with a slightly older "supervisor" who spoke marginally better English. Natalie advised (after the fact) that they do not prime and the fact that they painted off white directly over a green base causing the green to bleed out and show through is a direct result of my choice of colour, not that they didn't primer nor put at a minimum a second or third coat. She took a decision not to paint the inside front door and now refuses to come and fix it, notwithstanding her commitment to do so. In all she charged me $2,700.00 to paint a 650 sq ft condo and has "graciously" agreed to come back and fix her shoddy work for the tune of an additional $1,400.00. It is truly sad to see what was an excellent and highly professional company drop its standards so low as to disgrace its once stellar reputation. Buyer beware. And inspect thoroughly before paying.
