Absolutely fantastic experience with him and I'm a very ill patient who has experienced A LOT of diagnostic testing. He puts his heart into it. As for the actual MRI it was supposed to be Neuroquant AI in addition to the scan. The wrong AI program was used, and when I contacted Cortechs AI, the company that created Neuroquant tech, They told me the version ZP is using is way outdated, from 2016! I contacted Zwanger about it but never got a reply or call back to rectify. I'm too sick to fight for now! Still love Larry though

After having a bad experience some where else I said what the heck. I was able to schedule an immediate appointment after working out a few kinks with my insurance company, joy to the world. After that it was smooth sailing. The office was clean and spacious. It did not have a factory feeling as I had envisioned. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I was able to complete my exam with ease after instruction and was offered music of choice to listen to while procedure to place. The technician was attentive throughout the procedure and supportive in the end. The next day my referring Doctor called to inform me they had received my results without my intervention. Now that's what I call service. It's nice when you don't have to be the middle man when your doctor makes a referral. Its bad enough insurance companies already makes things complicated. Its just one less thing to worry about. Thank you Zwanger-Pesiri for taking some of the stress out of today's health care.

So much so, last year I had to be sedated! Zwanger-Persiri radiology has state of the art equipment for all your imaging needs. And it's so convenient, so close to my home. The staff is very patient and professional and they always play on their television in the lobby educational programs. I was watching a show on Great White Sharks, I didn't want to leave! Once I'm in the MRI room, they're playing 80s music to keep calm. Not moving for 10 minutes? I'm like a shark, constantly in motion. I sat still, payed my co payment and was out the door. It's really location specific- today 1/19/26 around 3:10 pm- at the east setauket location I was…read morethere getting a cat scan with IV contrasts - the blonde person inserting the IV placed it and withdraw blood from me in a syringe at the same time and saved it on the counter - not telling me what or why she needed it and then proceeded to tell me to leave and wait in the room next door- i then asked why the blood was taken she said oh they need to check my kidney function( test my dr did before sending me for this test) she then proceeded to put some drops in a card to run in machine and saved the rest- she came back said test was ok but still didn't discard the left over one in the syringe- it was instead placed in an cut envelope ( extra unsafe step there not needed!!) and since I wouldn't leave , she attempted to discard the syringe protected in the half cut enveloped. I said no - then took the syringe out of the envelope and emptied half the blood in syringe in the red hazard disposable sharp bin next to me first before dropping into the completely in the bin. Now be careful everyone- something fishy about this be careful - be vigilant - trust no one!! I advised the technician next time to inform me of what she was doing before proceeding. Without my consent, she collected my blood to run test without my permission. Shocking! Wonder what else is going on there. Be careful yall!!! I would be careful everyone- ask questions when not sure and always trust your instinct. This is a first time I know that a radiology place would draw one's blood free of charge to run a test without one's consent- they obtain consent for everything including asking and recommending test to charge your without insurance but somehow running test on my blood without consent is done without permission and free of charge. If this has happened to you don't ignore it speak up.

I viewed the film with my doctor and clearly saw multiple tears even though I have no formal medical training. They almost completely screwed up my insurance claim. I ended up having 3 tears in my shoulder and had to have reconstructive surgery. I would never recommend this unless it was someone I did not like. Totally incompetent.

When I showed up at the facility, the staff were very friendly and helpful, took all the COVID precautions while checking me in. The radiologist (Kate) was extremely professional, had great communications with me and was very patient, meticulous and thorough. She did an excellent job with the scanning and diagnosis. My recent experience with Advanced Radiology Consultants has been extremely disappointing due to…read moretheir current scheduling and insurance verification process. Before staff will even answer basic questions or assist with scheduling, callers are required to locate their insurance card and provide a verification reference number--every single time. This applies even if the patient has already been seen and the information is already on file. This policy creates an unnecessary barrier for patients and caregivers who are simply trying to coordinate medical care. Most healthcare offices maintain insurance information on file and update it when needed. Requiring patients to repeatedly produce the same details before even having a conversation is inefficient and not patient-centered. As someone coordinating care for a parent living with Parkinson's disease and significant mobility limitations, this process is especially problematic. When managing appointments for individuals with serious health conditions, the focus should be on facilitating care--not adding administrative obstacles just to speak with a staff member. With an aging population and increasing healthcare needs--particularly among baby boomers--systems like this will only create more frustration for patients and their families. This is the third time I've had an ultrasound where I was instructed to drink 32 ounces of water…read moreone hour before my appointment and hold it until the exam. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. At 4:15 PM, I asked if I would be called back soon. The staff member I spoke with was rude and incorrectly told me my appointment was at 4:10 PM, saying I would be taken back shortly. By 4:35 PM, I still had not been called into an exam room, although I was then told I would be next. I want to be clear that I am not blaming the ultrasound technician. My concern is with the front desk staff and the scheduling process. Ultrasound appointments that require patients to arrive with a full bladder should not be scheduled every 20 minutes. A 45-minute interval would be much more realistic, especially since some exams take longer than expected. I understand that patients sometimes arrive late, and I appreciate that you try to accommodate them. However, when late arrivals are worked into the schedule, it should not result in other patients waiting an additional 30 to 45 minutes--particularly when they have been instructed to hold a full bladder for one to two hours. This is extremely uncomfortable and avoidable with better scheduling. Unfortunately, this has happened to me at both the Medford location and this office. I hope you will review your scheduling practices and front desk customer service so that future patients have a better experience.

I sent them an email this morning and it's now the end of the day and I haven't received a reply. This is unacceptable. My family has used the Commack location of Medical Arts for decades and never had results take this long, regardless of the type of test. This was my first time at this Huntington location. They need a new receptionist, frankly she was rude and was no help what's so ever, I changed…read moredentist and the last time I visited the dentist it was my previous dentist and I did not receive a referral for my wisdom teeth bc I had lost the previous one they had given me and I stopped going there bc they didn't do their job properly and anyway I was asking for a referral and the whole time she was being rude and raising her voice at me at times for not hearing what she said the first time and made it such an unpleasant experience, she got me mad and I gave her an attitude and hung up. I was not able to get the a simple referral, she was refusing to give me one even though I was already registered and I have yet to make it there and now I'm just going to change my dentist again because that was ridiculous.
