Where to even start? First service to get the car was great, nothing to complain, until may 24th, I got the Audi A3. First week my back window trim got unplugged, they need to have a look at my car 3 different days before even placing the order, and that wasn't even the problem, same time my wheel is doing a noise, and my salesman? Doesn't respond, barely gives me any help. In the end of June, MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, I sent tons of messages to my salesman MUSTAFA, he always had something to do, could never help me, or even respond, he never helped with any of my problems that I told him. Telling him was the same thing as telling the wall. I mean, what's even the point of saying "I can help you out with what you need" after the sale and just leaving me dead in the mud? July 25 Im finally able take my car to see the small noise and the engine light, and I get my car back barely drivable.I live up in NH, every drive to the dealership was 2hrs. I took my car down 4 times, to get my car back my engine light brighter the even, EPC light one, if my car actually gets out of the driveway, I get punched every few miles I accelerate. And not to mention the I had flathead stuck on the inside.

don't buy the from here ...awful. They sale the car with damage report and didn't mention it. and just said we didn't know that. What kind of service they don't want to take responsibility...

I had a positive experience with these guys. We were in the market for a slightly used car with low milage. We narrowed it down to 3 models (jetta, cruze, possibly a vw cc). We called and made an appointment to drive the cars with Perod. He had the 2 of the cars at the Brockton location where we met him. He let us take a long test drive to his other location in Canton and once there we drove the other car back to Brockton. We decided on the Chevy Cruze. They have an amazing selection of used cars and based on the research I did, they were below market value. They also offered top dollar for my trade in ($1000 more than 2 other places we looked at). We then talked to Mario Martin and Art for the financing. They advertise they can finance anyone, and they can. They were able to finance my wife even though she had a low credit score and the payments were below where we wanted to be. Took 4 business days to have car in hand and we are very happy with it all. Highly Recommend! PS..no one asked me to write reviews or anything, but considering they did such a great job i felt i had to. As you can see i only review places i have good experiences with. I dont use Yelp as an attack tool like most people.

I had a great experience with Manny the Customer Care Associate I had the pleasure of getting the vehicle from. The trade in vehicle I was bringing had a flat and my jack wasn't operational. He came out and met me helped change the tire and he followed me to Northend Motors to purchase the new vehicle I obtained. The process was smooth and stress free. In the future I will definitely come back to Northend motors for a future purchase. Thank you again Manny and the team at Northend Motors !

i do have trust issues on their ability to actually fix my car. i originally brought my car in…read morebecause my brake was acting weird. they just randomly changed my brake pads that i changed not so long ago and it did not fix the issue. few months later i come back to get my inspection done here and they failed me for the same reason that they did not fix correctly to begin with. i gave them another shot to fix it and they thought it was the calipers that might need to be replace. they some how ended up replacing one control arm, conveniently pass my inspection but my car is still having the same issue. i have to step on the brake very hard and for a long time to get it to work. it's gotten to the point that i got used to driving it this way, i just keep 2 car distance at all time. but it does not change the fact they did not fix the issue and charged me for different services both times. i didn't even bother bringing it back because i feel like they just playing car parts roulette and replacing random things then hope it works. if you go here for a general inspection sticker with a newer car it will be fine but i dont trust their abilities to fix old cars

The complaint was then filed with the Norfolk District Attorney's office. I spent a lot of time writing and editing letters to their office so as not to leave out any details of what transpired. The written response from Eli- denied that he told me twice that he put a new battery in the car which I didn't even ask for. I didn't ask for money for a new battery in the complaint, but did ask for the money for an alarm I had installed (he intimated that there was an alarm in the car and a co-worker told me that if someone broke into the car an alarm would go off)-the car didn't have an alarm system. Some of what was written in his response did not make any sense, probably just avoidance. Several people that I have run into in town have not had positive experiences with the mechanical part of the business-it isn't appropriate for me to state what they have said on the internet, Also, I was at a local store where he does business often and an employee told me he is a "smooth" talker. Lesson learned-get everything in writing-I would have him sign a paper stating that he was going to put a new battery in. When I learned about the false advertising I could have not purchased the car, but everything happened so fast.

So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Do not purchase a car from this dealership!! We purchased a car for our daughter. On the way…read morehome the emissions light came on. It failed inspection so we brought it back. He found "nothing" wrong with the car and returned it with the light OFF. We got an inspection sticker the next day and the light came on that day after. It's the same code and the same emissions problem. He unplugged the battery to clear the code and gave the car back to us. The car cost $7,000 and it's $9,000 to fix. We are filing a small claim lawsuit. Buyer beware!!!
