Fees are hidden everywhere. If you're late for your appointment to euthanize your fur baby and ask for a quality of life exam first to reassure yourself you're doing the right thing, it still wont matter. You either euthanize then and there or you'll receive a late fee in addition to the exam charge. Or, you walk in with a sick dog and they charge you not only for the exam but also a walk in fee on top of an emergency fee. Zero communication skills. Concerns are minimized and dismissed with zero accountability or resolution.

After two visits last last year, I had to stop going - very rude and unprofessional groomer. First visit my dog was severely matted and I was treated horribly. Second visit my dog was in much better shape and I still got the same attitude from groomer and she gave my dog a weird cut on top of that. Never again, very uncomfortable experience. Woof.

This "hospital" left our cat in critical condition after a misdiagnosis of an auto immune disease when she actually had a blood parasite. They gave her medication to suppress her immune system while the parasite took over. Now she is looking at needing a possible blood transfusion because of their negligence and the medical director LAUREN WADE refuses to take responsibility. I will be calling them out on social media in attempt to get answers. If you live in the Concord area, take your animals to Trinity Vet Hospital. They are a very compassionate group and have a true love for animals and their owners. If it wasn't for them our cat would be dead.
