They didn't do their job on issues with certain antibiotics and dogs with seizures. They will never see me again and I hate them for what they did to my little girl!

I told the…read morevet tech my dogs ears are very bad, shaking his head, and itching so bad his ear is bleeding. The vet tech took my dog back, came back five min later and said "he's all good to go and the shot would take care of his symptoms". Not even a week later my dog was diagnosed a DOUBLE FUNGAL ear infection, a serious ear infection. My dog had a fever, lethargic, and crying. The allergy shot Cytopoint, is based off of weight. They charge the same fee no matter what your dog weighs. The vet told me after the first allergy shot, all we'd have is a shot fee, no vet fee. They forget to tell you, you have to pay $32 for vet tech fee. After already charging $26 for a shot admin. fee. The vet tech does nothing besides administer the shot, so why the extra fee? Come to find out they charge DOUBLE normal shot fees. Cytopoint for my dog (27 lbs) is only supposed to cost $86 at a walk in VET, instead of $162 for a tech to administer. WHAT A JOKE. Instead of taking care of their customers, they charge extra and ignore their needs. Thank you for ignoring my dog and instead taking advantage of the economy. NEVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND IGNORED.

I had asked Dr. Salinger to come to my home to euthanize my 17 year old dog. I agreed to 10:00 am,…read morewhich I in retrospect was a ghastly error on my part. Dr. was punctual. Very professional. She allowed plenty of time for our last goodbyes. My old girl hadn't had a chance to rise from a long nights slumber and get the morning's usual long long drink of water. It wasn't until after Dr. couldn't find a vein that I realized why. She didn't know that my dog was in much better shape than she thought. I was unprepared for an abrupt needle that delivered the 'sleep' medicine. My dog took a seizure. Very upsetting to me, as I was expecting a quiet passing. Dog was immediately unresponsive then gone. Dr. was kind enough to explain to me when I called the next day about why the shot needed to be delivered in the manner it was. Perception, I guess. Dr. Salinger completed the task asked of her. She did it well. Very professional, kind lady. She was not familiar with my doggy beforehand and that's on me. Special Lady.

All the veterinary offices were closed here and I was at a loss of what to do. I frantically called out of state for any sort of explanation of what was happening to my cat. This vet in Ohio was so sweet and helped calm me down and reassure me that by my description my cat was okay and was probably stressed out because she was at least responsive. Thank you so much for your help she is doing much better.
