Since finding Christ the King Lutheran Church we have always felt the presence of God here…read more Like I've mentioned in my past reviews of CTK, their are 3 distinct Sunday worship services here: Traditional (hymns, held in Sanctuary) at 8am, a Lighter Contemporary Service (contemporary style music, held in the Sanctuary) at 1030am and The Brook Service: the Most Contemporary Worship (contemporary music with a full band, mood lighting, casual, held in church hall) at 6pm Right before finding Christ the King, my wife and i grew up going to Catholic Church but the transition to Lutheran was not that difficult, since we all believe in Jesus Christ. Since that first time we had come to CTK, we have never felt unwelcomed...I remember at our first service there, the church played a video stating come as are, are all sinners, no matter your background or pass transgressions Jesus loves you! That's when my wife and i knew we were home! Minded, we started with the Traditional Service because it was the most like being at a Catholic Church. If we initially started at The Brook it would have been too foreign...but we are now regulars at The Brook and we also Volunteer for The Brook. I have never felt unwelcomed with my stretched earlobes, tattoos and occasional mohawk! Looking for a new church, come check out CTK...you can find me at The Brook on Sunday Nights at 6pm Remember come as you are!

I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the service the three times that I have attended within the past…read moremonth or so. The staff was very warm and friendly. The music was refreshing and hearing from the children on one of my visits sing and talk was wonderful. I am very grateful to have witnessed the family atmosphere and generous felt love expressed.
