He responded quickly and was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered an ATV from him and he made sure it was delivered on time before Christmas. The process couldn't be more seamless and stress free. He was very impressive with his service and we then wanted to buy a dirt bike. Sure enough, he knew his stuff and asked all the important questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. Again, he pulled it off and got it delivered BEFORE Christmas! I'm so glad we did business with this shop. We bought a couple other off road vehicles from a shop in a near by city here in Sonoma County previously and I just didn't like that place. It just felt off. Jeremy is a great guy and won't upsell on anything you don't need. He's very honest and cares about his customers and that goes a long way. We, as a small business owner, truly appreciate and respect that type of work ethic and attention to detail in what you do. We live in the Seattle area, and there is a location where you could rent them closer than Eugene, OR (their headquarters), but price was a bit more expensive. We made the 5 hour trek Eugene to drive one of these. We rented the two person FUV for 24 hours. The booking process was very simple and you can fill out all the forms prior to arriving. The facility is easy to find - it is in an industrial area and shares a parking lot with Ninaski Brewing. Staff was very friendly and passionate and they helped us walk through how to work the car. They also sent us FAQs and information regarding charging and after hours assistance in case we ran into issues. If you are able to, I recommend renting for at least and 1/2 or full day. They have a 2 hour rental, but we felt there was a bit of a learning curve with driving the vehicle, so you want time to get used to the vehicle and then explore. We drove the car all around Eugene. Take the drive to King Estate Winery - it is a beautiful two lane road that takes you through the hills of Eugene, its the way this car was meant to be driven. They do have chargers there, so you can charge the car while you drink some wine! We were impressed by the stero system in the car - we had tunes jammin' all the time, but every time we plugged in the phone, we had to reset the volume. Parking it was easy and we were able to fit in smaller spots, which was nice. Or you can park in the EV parking spots so you can charge while you do whatever. Such a fun and unique place to explore the area. We got so many looks and good compliments!

The parts and service department helped us immediately. Service tested the battery to make sure that it was the likeliest cause. It was a 5 year old battery and it failed testing. Everybody in the place was friendly and professional and they took care of our problem in about 40 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

Left it there again but apparently no one wrote up a work order for it. Went to pick it up and they didn't even know they had it because there wasn't a work order. (The owner helped us). Finally went to get it today, Oct 25th, because it's been raining and their carts are all kept outside and we want it covered. The owners grandson was in the office and apparently there was STILL no work order for our cart. He wouldn't let us speak to the mechanic so my husband just brought it home. Then the guy had the nerve to call me at home and say my husband was cranky. Of COURSE he was cranky! Throughout this whole ordeal they did not call us ONCE to say what was wrong or that it was ready to pick up. The response was "No one called you?" We are now out $1,000 and our golf cart still won't run!

I took my vehicle to them in January 2022 for repair of several issues. The vehicle sat for (4) months waiting for one part that was unavailable through Polaris due to back order (I understand this issue). What I did not know was there were aftermarket parts available to fix the issue. The mechanic did not offer this solution until April, so I was without my vehicle for the entire time. When I finally picked the vehicle up after all the repairs were reported to be addressed, there were issues with the quality of some of their repairs in addition to some other mechanical issues I asked them to check that they said were fine, but actually needed repair. They charged me thousands and I had to spend several days and more money to fixed all the issues myself; now the vehicle is as it should be. I addressed these issues with the service desk and they were receptive to the problem but I am unaware of how they are dealing with it internally. The point to the story here is don't take your vehicles to them for repair, do it yourself or find a mechanic you trust and know.
