They own a LOT of properties in WF so they are experienced in property management. I enjoyed that the house I rented was restored on the inside keeping the charm of the older home, but with finished original hardwoods, nice tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and wonderful central heat and air. I was pleased with the rental rate that I paid each month and my utilities were average (I paid less for the house than for the apartment I had previously rented). Once after a late shift, I had a shower head issue in one of my bathrooms and didn't have the tools or knowledge to stop the water flow myself. I called their after hours line and someone came over right away to shut off water at the street for me - without complaint. First thing in the morning the entire issue was repaired without having to make a second call. I have no complaints about maintenance because they were on top of any issue I had, and friendly. I have referred friends to them and wouldn't have moved had I not been buying my own house. I should have left this review a long time ago!
