I would see some of her clients throughout the years leaving as I'd enter for my appointment and I'd always think WOW!! fast forward a few years and I now wanted to get extensions. I knew EXACTLY who I was going to! Ashleigh was so kind, professional, honest, and is amazing at her art of doing hair! She turned my brassy grown out ends into a gorgeous head of hair! I had 3 rows added of extensions, and I have NEVER been so in love with my hair! The install was not nearly as bad as I was warmed! Sleeping was not bad (I sleep with a silk bonnet). And keeping them combed and brushed has been crucial. I am very picky with who touches my hair and I'd highly recommend Ashleigh!!

For anyone who is debating whether to visit Ashleigh, GO!…read more My first visit with Ashleigh was in the beginning of June to get extension installed. For starters, to get extensions installed is an investment but it is completely worth it. Her salon is super cute and very relaxing, she is also welcoming and it is obvious that she is passionate about what she does (the plus side is that she's really good at what she does). She's talented, and worked a miracle on my hair. The hair she recommends is amazing quality, I can style it dye it, wash it. It feels like my own hair which is super comforting. The first couple days are usually the days you have the most discomfort but I didn't feel anything, my head did feel a little heavier but nothing hurt. My head wasn't sore at all and I slept perfectly fine. Showering was a little tricky because I wasn't used to such long and thick hair but it didn't bother me. She recommended a leave in conditioner which is a MUST to help keep the hair in its silky condition. I had sooo many people ask me how I grew my hair out so fast, and I had to tell them they were extensions. Everything blended so nicely, felt so real. I wore my hair straight, curly, in a high pony, and braids and nothing tugged or pulled everything looked 100% NATURAL! My second visit was in the beginning of august to get my extensions removed. After months of washing, blow drying, styling, and dying my hair; my hair still felt smooth and looked glossy just like the first day I had them installed. I LOVED them! I loved waking up every morning with super long amazing luscious hair! I would definitely get extensions installed again with Ashleigh, it is pricy but it's worth every penny! I PROMISE you will not regret going to see her! Thank you Ashleigh!

Terrible. Absolutely disgusting. I am horrified. This is one of the most expensive, but most…read moreharmful, destructive, unprofessional Brazilian blowout appointments I've had in years. You pay between $550-$700 for the most low bar, unprofessional, under qualified service you will ever find, in all of the US. I worked with CRYSTAL at this branch for several appointments over 6 months. The last appointment was before thanksgiving. She decided to take two customers on the same day. Her technique was sloppy, rushed, and extremely violent with my already fragile, blonde hair. After washing, you are supposed to be very gentle with hair until product has been applied. You are supposed to part the hair gently with a comb, apply product to every strand, and gently brush through, then blow dry. She was butchering my hair. Using the brush (in picture) to YANK MY HAIR OUT OF MY SKULL while it was wet, without product, to get through the appointment as soon as humanly possible, and get overpaid, with no regard for my hairs health, or survival. It was an extremely painful, grueling experience. I was working and looking down during the appointment. I would look up when the pain from lumps of hair being pulled out of my skull would get too extreme, and ask her to please be gentle, because it hurts, and is also concerning. Instead of taking the feedback, and earning her overpriced service dollars, she lost it. She told me to be quiet, and threatened that she will abandon the service mid way. Imagine this: you're in the middle of a Brazilian blowout appointment, wet hair, half your hair has product, the other half doesn't. And you're told to shut up and stop complaining because you're in pain as your hair being butchered and you can feel it being yanked out of your skull. It's disgusting. And immature. And a sign that this person is not qualified to do this job. Afraid of her blowing up on me again, I stayed silent for the remainder of the appointment. I was screaming inside for hours as she kept pulling at my hair, yanking it out of my skull with every butcher-like strike at my head. I kept my mouth shut as her blow dryer was directed perpendicularly at my head and BURNED MY SCALP. I needed to use burn cream afterwards. I stayed silent as I saw her miss critical parts of my hair, knowing that these parts need more attention in order for the service to work. Not only that. I paid $550 of money she should not have earned, only to realize a day later, that the service didn't even work. It's as if no Brazilian blowout was even done. My hair was not straight. It was still curly at the roots in the front. Either she did not apply sufficient product to my hair or (more likely), the product she used was counterfeit. They dilute the product because the original Brazilian blowout is mostly out of stock in California. So they do this to keep getting clients, and increase the price. I've been doing Brazilian blowout regularly for the past 10 years. That's over 60 times. I know exactly how this service is done, and what your hair is supposed to look like afterwards. My hair had the exact same creases. It's as if the service never even took place. A waste of time, money, and most important, huge lumps of my hair. I also realized after medical consultations, that a huge chunk of my hair (in the back) was actually BURNED or BROKEN off because of the incorrect use of a "straightening iron." This happened within the 3-6 month period that I had been working with Crystal. I never use straightening irons or heating products at home. The only place where they are used are at the salon, while I'm doing Brazilian blowout. I came to this branch because I thought that being overpaid must also mean that you are qualified. I could not have been more wrong. Coming here has led to most of my hair being BROKEN off, thousands of dollars wasted, and deep regret. Do NOT come here. Even if it's the last place on Earth. You will be overcharged in order to lose all your hair, and get treated horribly. They truly do not deserve your business.

It's my second time going to this salon. Love the result (just check out the video)! Highly…read morerecommend

The second time were cornrows. Rhonda squeezed me in one of her gaps between clients, which I was a bit nervous for. I've had my hair braided many times over the years, and have never experienced pain or breakage while being braided, but Rhonda was not gentle, and I could hear my hair snapping while she was braiding. I was in a significant amount of pain, but I wanted to be respectful and a good sitter, so I didn't say anything. When we finished, two of my braids in the side of my head were sticking straight out on either side of my hair, and Rhonda put them back in a rubber band to get them out of the way, which concerned me, as I wanted to wear my cornrows down like I had in the past. I went home and noticed a few of the braids had my real hair poking out of the braids. The very next day, I messaged Rhonda and asked what to do about it. She told me she could redo them, but I live very far away and couldn't make the trip out again the next day. The next day, all of my braids began to unravel, and I developed a gnarly rash all over my hairline and on my scalp, complete with itchy, red pimples. I know Rhonda doesn't pre-wash her synthetic braiding hair before installing them, so I assume the rash was from that. However, even after doing an ACV rinse, and washing a few times, the rash did not go away. The next day, I contacted Rhonda and let her know I was going to have to take the braids out, as they were severely unraveling at this point, and the rash in my scalp was getting worse. She told me she doesn't do refunds but would redo the braids for me. I repeated that I live very far away and couldn't make the trip out to get the braids redone, and I did not wish for her the redo them anyways, and I asked for a refund again. I did not hear back from her. On day 6 of having my braids, my rash got so bad that I had to take them out. Upon taking them out, I lost a TON of hair. And I mean, big chunks of my hair with the cuticles still attached - came out of my head. I realized that these were hairs that Rhonda had ripped out of my scalp as she was braiding. Every single hair had a cuticle. I was COMPLETELY devastated, and broke down crying in the shower, as I've been trying to grow out my hair for years after a bad bleach job done in a salon. I contacted Rhonda again, asking for a refund once more, as the damage to my hair and scalp was significant. She still has not answered. I paid $250 for my hair to be ripped out and possibly permanently damaged, all for six days of braids that I couldn't keep in, and my hair is also visibly thinner now.
