I feel saddened after reading the previous review and would like to share my own experience of…read moreVictoriana. I have purchased a number of items from Victoriana over the past few months since moving into my new bungalow. These include bespoke, individually designed, hand crafted pieces of furniture and I can only praise the level of quality, workmanship, and after-sales care. James from Victoriana designed, made and installed a large pine bespoke unit in my conservatory which perfectly suits my needs - hiding all my clutter. They had wonderful ideas to make the unit functional and attractive which I had not even considered. Their attention to detail throughout the process was meticulous and I have had many friends and family members comment on how lovely the unit is. Any slight hiccups were dealt with quickly and without fuss. James has also replaced a small section of my old, rustic pine worktop which had become rotten around the tap thus preventing me having to replace the entire worktop. Again, I cannot fault the workmanship. I am due to have a new TV cabinet delivered on Thursday and honestly can't wait to see it as I know I will not be disappointed. I do not consider their furniture or services to be overpriced especially considering the time they have given me answering general questions about the care of my own wooden furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend Victoriana, and will certainly be visiting them again, I do hope others do too as they will not be disappointed. Andrea S

Brought a kitchen from Victorians had and stil having trouble with it…read more To start with it was delivered and turned out to be three different colours the units were twisted and not square doors were stiff and some would not open they sent a guy around to hand paint it and trim doors so they would open freely so I ended up with hand painted units not sprayed it was not farel and ball colours which they said it was . it was just cheap paint nearly the same shade The units are still twisted as they could not straighten them and what's more now all the knots in the wood are showing through so it will now need stripping and treating then repainting yes they did give me a £1000 pound credit note to spend at Victoriana but I did spend in excess of £ 13k so now I have a kitchen which needs a lot of work and as usuall no one wants to know be warned they will only be to glad to take your money but after service is rubbish once bitten twice shy Stuart Bailey
