Worst Gym service I've ever experience.
what is the point of providing the option to sign up online when you have to physically conclude the process in the reception? I spent almost two weeks without being able to get in the gym because the reception times are absolutely ridiculous. With super short opening hours. When asked to have another solution to get into the gym, so I could start using the service that I have paid for, for weeks, I got no help from costumer service and a straight no and recommended me to go to other side of town, when there's literally two gyms avaliable within my location.
its 2024 and this chain has an app that serves zero purposes and facilitates nothing to their users, having to carry a physical card or pay for a bracelet.
Ive canceled my service and hope to get refunded fully, since I not once was able to use the gym since I signed up.
