Calling this place a "spa" is an understatement. It's a "lifestyle oasis" as their website…read moreproclaims. I was in Gothenburg for the very first time with my fiancee, who is a native. When I told her that the hotel we were staying at had a spa, we both figured it would be the basic hotel spa we've seen over and over again. We couldn't have been more wrong!
In fact, this place puts so many other spas to shame. It truly is a relaxing sanctuary in the middle of downtown Gothenburg. From the large whirlpools to the anti-gravity loungers, various rainfall rooms, sauna, steam room, and various baths for various body parts, this is a total relaxation experience that can't be beat!
My fiancee liked it SO much that she didn't want to leave. We bought a couple of gift cards for her relatives that live in the area so they could go enjoy themselves, too. I could go on an on and describe each room, bath, massage areas, and more...but you should go experience it yourself. You'll find it nestled in the basement of the Radisson Blu hotel. Your body and mind will thank you!
