(; the wine tour is also a nice activity. the guide is very informative and entertaining and will show you his lovely pig that is enamoured with diet jolly cola (don't worry; you won't be eating her). the wines themselves are unfortunately not that special but they aren't awful. you MUST take a bottle of honningsyp, however.
