I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Melker at Nordea's Hamngatan branch, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. An appointment had been made prior to my visit -- an important part for all expats to remember when banking in Sweden -- which gave Melker the time to review my account in advance. When I arrived, he had already gathered several tailored solutions, making the entire process smooth and efficient. He explained each option clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt confident in my decisions. Melker's preparation, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a routine banking visit into a truly positive experience. 5/5 - If you book an appointment at the Hamngatan office, I highly recommend asking for Melker! read more
