We learned my father in law required Home O2 after his triple by-pass surgery and the Convalescent Center he was released from contacted Norco with the prescription. Once I understood this, I contacted Norco in Lewiston, ID to make arrangements for the delivery and set up. Initially I was upset to learn Medicare was not going to pay for it, but shared my father in law was a Veteran. Edward at Norco told me he'd work with Tim (his VA Guy) and get back to me shortly. A few minutes later I received the call that the VA had approved the prescription and made arrangements to meet the delivery person. I called Norco at 8:20AM and before Noon the O2 Generator and accessories along with an O2 back up tank were delivered and set up at my in laws home. THIS WAS WAY ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS!
