The steamed cabbage also absorbed the garlic, chili, and lime and carried those flavors to our palate. Altering texture and taste in a delightful way with the humble cabbage. That is genius.

You can also order it with vegetables, beef or chicken. The server was really helpful and suggested that I try some of their condiments on the table and they were really yummy. It added so much to the dish. Adding a spoonful from little pots full of hot Thai chili, spices, lemongrass and crushed peanuts enhanced the flavors in the Pad Thai and made it really delicious. They make a wonderful and very creamy Thai iced tea. It's certainly not inexpensive for Thai food, but the food is exceptional.
