Came in for dinner on a Friday night. Ordered two pasta dishes & they took about 30 minutes. The cacio de Pepe had a extremely gritty texture and I just really didn't care for it6/10. The tomato basil sauce was absolutely amazing with flavors just wish it was slightly thicker it was very watery wish there was double the amount. I also got meatballs that were great probably my most favorite part of the whole meal and sausage. I also wish they had kids meals but I just asked for a extra cup and split up the adult portion. Though Ceres will still have a special place in my heart, happy to find that Noodies serves just as delicious homemade pasta and soft serve gelato as they do at their sister restaurant. You won't necessarily find a rotating weekly pasta special like at Ceres, but all the sauce staples are on the menu here (bolognese, cacio e pepe, pesto) plus take home pasta bundles and sauce. I decided to try one of their additional sauces on the menu and ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce plus add on burrata, and it was amazing! The sauce was a nice balance of creamy and spicy and went well with the coolness of the burrata. My husband had the bucatini with the bolognese which is his go to at Ceres and said it tasted just the same. Both pastas came with a piece of their delicious focaccia. For dessert, we had the watermelon sorbet and sweet cream soft serve gelato which came in huge portions - great way to end the meal and nice to see that they rotate gelato flavors here too. In terms of location, there's so much parking and a nice mixture of indoor and outdoor dining tables which is great. Can't wait to return for more pasta goodness! read more

I've been waiting for Noodies to open all year and as always the pasta made by the folks behind Ceres did not disappoint! Loved the colorful and bright interior and cute signage out front. There were a variety of fresh pastas to choose from (topped with your choice - tomato/basil, bolognese, cacio, buratta! meatball! to name a few), salad, drinks, and their famous soft serve gelato. Todays flavors were sweet cream and tangerine sorbet! The perfect swirl. Located in the former Bentley's Coffee location Noodies also sells Ceres pasta to cook at home. It appears they will be open until 8PM most days so us Ceres lovers can finally get our carb fill after 3PM! Yay! read more

First time trying this place, and it was awesome. Fettuccine was not available so I'll have to go back to try it, but I ordered vodka sauce rigatoni and it was amazing. I finally got the chance to try out Noodies and I am so impressed! They have their freshly made pasta sitting in a clear case for you to see right when you walk in, and this got me really excited. Their menu is very simple, the main attraction is the pasta of course, so that's what I ordered along with their swirled sweet cream and chocolate gelato. Everything was delicious! You can definitely taste the freshness of the pasta, and it even came with a piece of super soft bread that was equally delicious. I ordered my pasta with the vodka sauce, which was savory, creamy, and super flavorful! I also absolutely love their gelato - it's not too sweet and super creamy as well! I also added a photo of my friend's antipasto salad because it's one of the best, most yummy-looking salads I have ever seen and she loved it! My only "complaint" is that the interior has a pretty bad echo - there were a decent amount of customers but the sound was extremely loud like I was at a club or a huge cafeteria. So I probably wouldn't come here for good conversation, LOL. BUT I will definitely come back for the food, it was excellent!! read more

Love Noodies! Can't wait to go back! I love that they have regular vegan options and occasionally vegan ice cream. The night I went in, they let me sample the mango sorbet and it was the best I've ever had! One comment: the cashier got tripped up when I asked which pastas/sauces were vegan. I know they're new and that will come with time, and I appreciate her double checking, but it doesn't inspire much confidence that your order will actually be safe for you to eat. I take comfort in the fact that it will come with time and the great team they have there, though. And I can't wait to see where they go from here! read more

Food is amazing. The interior aesthetic is fun and hip. But the noise is almost unbearable. People are yelling to their companions at lunch. The staff is screeching names for order pick up over the din and they sound irritated but I don't blame them. We tried this place and were very satisfied! The food is delicious as well as the mint iced tea we had for our drinks. Every pasta dish comes with a slice of foccacia bread which you can dip into the yummy sauce on your pasta. I tried the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce and my boyfriend had the fettuccine with tomato basil sauce. We also both added meatballs which were so tasty. Everything was delicious and the food came out fairly quickly. My only small issues were the rigatoni pasta was a tad overcooked and the parking at the restaurant is very cramped. I would highly recommend driving a smaller car there to fit into the parking spaces! However that won't stop us from going back and trying all the other sauce and pasta combos, and maybe even some gelato! read more

We were so excited to go because of all the good reviews, but once we started eating it all went south. Every dish was inedibly salty, especially the vodka sauce which I couldn't even take more than a few bites of. My sister's pasta wasn't cooked all the way, and some pieces were still crunchy. When we let the staff know about how salty the food was, they said they would see what they could do, and then proceeded to ignore us. Eventually we went to ask what was happening and when they said they couldn't do anything we asked for a refund on the vodka sauce, which they did give us. I'm not exactly sure what happened because every review I see says the food and service are great, but we definitely did not experience that. read more

Every time I eat here it's delicious. I love the pasta fries the vodka version is my favorite. I'm obsessed in general with their vodka sauce because it has a good kick to it. Late post so my timelines might be off. First for the good - they have amazing handmade pasta and sauces, especially the vodka sauce! However, while the staff here is very nice, they must be sorely untrained - there are only 2 very basic things that must be done at this simple restaurant concept and one is to boil pasta and make sure it comes out al dente - simply and quickly achieved waiting for a hard boil and using a timer and two is to put enough sauce on the pasta. They hit neither at the last visit and I spent $50 on dinner for 2 people and 2 pints of gelato. The last bowl of pasta I received so mushy with so little sauce it was like tasteless baby food. What a horrible waste of delicious craft ingredients! I switched mine with my poor, kind husband who will eat anything - even he needed to take a trip to the fridge for fresh Parmesan to finish it. I ate his that had a better balance of sauce and pasta, although it was still quite dry, and overdone. Not worth my carbs, calories or money! I have had excellent pasta here, but the staff seems totally overwhelmed and I don't trust them to try again especially since I wrote to them directly to remedy this issue before posting and they never replied. I even reminded them of my concern after I didn't hear back cause I understand places get busy - still no reply. I'm very disappointed since I have been a loyal customer to Ceres, and also Noodies, until this point. I'm going to wait for Ceres to open back up - there the pasta has always been consistently good, staff friendly, trained AND they have weekly specials!! If you're craving fresh pasta this summer, I recommend picking up uncooked - then following instructions to make it yourself at home or eat it there so you can return it if it's not made right. Buyer beware of to go orders!!! The inconsistency at this place is annoying and the lack of response uncool. I'll be missing their pretty amazing gelato (and sorbetto and I think vegan gelato too?) since I won't be back. The consistency from the soft serve machine is like a cloud, although some of their flavors are a bit light on the punch, the sauces and combinations are typically sublime!Last week was my absolute favorite combo with chocolate and raspberry sorbetto (tasted like sherbet I think it had vegan milk alternative)! Only once did I really dislike the strawberry sorbetto since it was so sickly sweet making it taste like artificial bubble gum somehow and completely drowning out the matcha it was served with. read more

Love! I was a little nervous to eat a pasta dinner before a 2.5 hour stats class--would I fall into an uncontrollable noodle nap?! Buuuut, the portion was so perfect that I felt great all night! It's the same design as Ceres but inside: walk up to a counter, choose your sauce and your noodle (they have salads and other things, but to be honest, I didn't look at that part of the menu), get a drink, pick you gelato, give your name, when they holler it out, sit and enjoy the deliciousness.
